Excellent piece, was at that Man United match and the crowd reaction was amazing, so good to be part of.

 

One little pedantry moment, it was an early kick-off, so not 4.38pm ;)

Thank you for all of the kind words, glad that people enjoyed it and that it brought back some good memories...

 

Whilst we can all appreciate that there are things we'll miss about The Championship (lower ticket prices, more chance of winning, some great away days, not so many Sunday matches) it's important to remember that this is what we've ultimately been striving for for the last 10 years.

 

It's been a long and eventful decade and, who knows, we may experience another moment such as that one at Filbert Street in a few years time having had another great period of Leicester City history at the top level of English football. We can hope so anyway!
