howlinmadmurfdoc Posted 24 June 2014 Posted 24 June 2014 An electronic signature isn't legally binding, according to the parcel force guy that comes to my work.
Captain... Posted 24 June 2014 Posted 24 June 2014 Yodel are terrible, I know of one person that got a few books delivered, they weren't in at the time so the yodel bellend decided to open the package and crammed each book individually through the letter box where they were all set upon by the dog. Just shocking service, but they pay people so poorly to deliver for them, and only pay for the first attempt so any redeliveries are paid for by the driver. You would think in this day and age of almost limitless communication they could easily manage to coordinate delivering a package. Shocking and yet people still employ these shysters.
separator Posted 24 June 2014 Posted 24 June 2014 Amazon plan to open collection points in tube stations, using the ticket offices which be all closed over the next few years. Asda and Tesco already have online shopping collecting points in a few tube station car parks. Good idea, I'm sure something similar could be done in Leicester with a central location.
