Ashley Posted 14 July 2014 Posted 14 July 2014 For some reason I've just put my old iPod in to put songs on it and it isn't letting me put certain songs on from Albums even though I purchased them via iTunes. The help feature isn't very good. Any help would be nice thanks.

blueonyou Posted 28 July 2014 Posted 28 July 2014 I did this once, I contacted apple and they did something which allowed me to re-download my entire purchased library onto a new device. This was years ago tho (2-3)
