LCFC FOX Posted 9 March 2015 Posted 9 March 2015 Derby have the best home support in the league? Because they renamed a stand? What even???!!?!?! Do they still give free season tickets with mobile phone deals they didn't just rename a stand they moved the away fans into the corner ( like where our away fans are now at the KP) so they could have a singing section behind the goal. So 95% of that stand now stand. Which you're never going to see 95% of the family stand standing.
jammie82uk Posted 9 March 2015 Posted 9 March 2015 I say this every single time this topic comes up, The original plan was for The away fans to be in the corner near the south stand but the police blocked it on safety concerns
Guest Cujek Posted 9 March 2015 Posted 9 March 2015 Surprised nobody's mentioned this before. What about changing the goal music as well? Cant we just get rid of it? .... Or have Showaddywaddy instead?
LCFC Rennie Posted 9 March 2015 Posted 9 March 2015 Cant we just get rid of it? .... Or have Showaddywaddy instead? Why don't we copy Forest's goal music? Quality that, the dance they do is really cool.

promised land Posted 9 March 2015 Posted 9 March 2015 It should be moved yes when the ground was first designed they ****ed up in terms of were they placed the kop.. The reason the kop is where it is and away fans are by the road, at the front is for safety, maybe just maybe the local plod advised the club as they have a say in certain matters. As you state further down they could move the away fans further along the East stand, a lot of grounds now have them there to get home support behind each goal. Martin O'Neil had the away end moved from behind the goal to where it now is at Villa when he went there for that reason. In the Championship that's one area that's always quite empty so it makes sense to put away fans there, it would involve segregation barriers being altered on the concourse but not much else.
