Saudis are dodgy as they come but they do seem to have a handle on how to run a business, (which lets be honest, that's what football is nowadays).

Clearly a good player on his day, but I genuinely won't miss him doing the same thing over and over again to little or no effect 98% of the time. (cut in on his left and either fire a shot into a defender or into row Z) 20million is a good price.

Think he would do well in League 1 but we are where we are and if he's a sellable asset, unfortunately, we need to sell. Hold out for the best deal we can with a sell on clause.

People were raving about Carr (rightly so) yesterday. But I think Will definitely deserves some plaudits for his performance yesterday. He was quite happy to take on his fullback on the inside and outside. Picked his moments to shoot rather than just aimlessly blasting it into defenders or over the bar (sound familiar?) and put in some really good balls which on another day if we had a good striker could have ended in goals. I really hope he gets his chance this season.

Composed, big enough for sure, but most of the attacks were coming down the right for us when he came on. Him and Hutchinson didn't get a lot of the ball due to Carr and JJ dominating their side.

Arguably all of them. Don't think I'd place an "experienced player" in my top 5 for today.

Carr and Alves have both looked much better.... Admittedly against much worse opponents. But they definitely seem to have a high footballing IQ
