Deathside Posted 14 July 2005 Posted 14 July 2005 Spending a lot of time in this hotel room - I have over a period of time began to quite like this here painting on the wall So art critics, give us yer verdict..
Ricey Posted 14 July 2005 Posted 14 July 2005 It does look like it has been painted by a 6 year old however I like the colours used and the minimalist aspect of it.
Deathside Posted 14 July 2005 Author Posted 14 July 2005 Is it 'Junior Lewis' by Peter Taylor, by any chance? 137928 Well spotted Lisa I was wondering how long it would take for the footy connection to be spotted - Although I was thinking more along the lines of MDV
Guest CL Blue Army Posted 14 July 2005 Posted 14 July 2005 I personally don't think its good however it is a style of painting the artist likes and some people probably like that! I don't think I could have been better! Im shit at art!
toonboy Posted 14 July 2005 Posted 14 July 2005 I really don't get 'modern art'. Why would someone want to buy a painting of a red donkey thats looks crap? And how is a tent with the name of people you have slept with, or a messy bed art? I don't get all stuff like that.

Deathside Posted 15 July 2005 Author Posted 15 July 2005 It's just weird! Why??? 138401 Aha - So, the painting made you ask a question - therefore it must have stimulated you in some way - Thereby justifying itself as a piece of art (Did that sound convincing??)
