Daggers Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 Just for your information: I did not believe that we could achieve promotion in the summer. I believed that we could achieve 10th-ish. I now believe that we stand a serious chance of relegation. I don't believe "Call me Ollie" has proved any ability to motivate to date (this doesn't mean he can't). I believe that none of our signings are exciting (and Howard needs to justify his fee). I believe we should stick with our manager for another season and a half no matter what. I believe that all non-playing squad members this season should have their contracts paid up and be told to sod off. I do not expect us to be playing in Europe anytime over the next seven years. I reckon that Hume is over-rated and should be sold. I feel that Stearman has developed as much as he ever will and should be sold. There. Now before attributing another belief to me you can check here first because we wouldn't want you to go making a dick of yourself would we?

BigGibbo Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 God knows what provoked this bombastic rant but I believe we are on the same page although the juries still out on whether Hume or Stearman can offer much more, they probably wouldn't command enough of a transfer fee to make it worthwhile.
