  1. we didn't sell out every single game at filbert street and yet jumped straight to 30,000 +. Im confident that average attendance would be 38,000+ in a 42,000 seater which is worth it short term then continue building. As for Watford, no offence but its Watford. The attendance for that fixture will still top 30,500-31,000. People want better seats and more than just 1's and 2's in garbage areas unless its a prestigious fixture. Our average this season has dropped slightly due to a few shite away followings from Palace, west brom and palace. Consequent sales to our fans then handled poorly. In my opinion we shouldn't be giving out 9/10% automatically every fixture.
  2. a heck of a lot more than current capacity. Look at the jump over the past 15-20 years. Id expect that to rise. Time to invest while we can. Leicester and Leicestershire population wise is on the up and we must capitalize.
  3. As long as we're still averaging over 31,000 its still grounds to expand. There always gonna be the odd empty seat through poor planning, no one wanting to go by themselves or ST holders not bothering (seems to be on the rise). If we aren't careful we will miss the boat on this. We've been ready for ages.
  4. Expand the King Power and capitalise then! Struggling to fathom who on earth we haven't started yet. Shouldve been in planning halfway through the title season. 38-42,000 is needed, not just wanted!
  5. Be careful with your selective quoting hahaha
  6. Because being presumptive about someone's character is better than being selective with quoting.... You say you're nervous about buying someone who can play left and right back...why?
  7. 'I just think it makes for a better defender if they can nail down one spot and focus on it' Just sounded like a general comment to me. Philip Lahm could play both sides and also in midfield. You can be a versatile full back you know.
  8. explain cesar azpillicueta then.
  9. 55-60 without an F.A cup run. 48-55 with,
  10. Hamer Amartey, Dragovic, Huth( if fit), Chilwell James, Choudhury Silva gray Thomas Iheanacho
  11. Stephen Hughes Yuki Abe Junior Lewis Radostin Kishishev Gareth Williams
  12. I can tell you now. Hull is still a complete dump.
  13. Careful with that sort of tactical formation talk. Some on here simply wont understand anything other than two banks of 4 and hitting the channels.
  14. Could say that yeah. Like to see Thomas and Barnes eased in over the next 6-12 months.
  15. He's more a second striker/attacking midfielder. Quite technical but with a high work rate. Tevez-ish
  16. Neville offered overlaps and the odd whip. He was also a team and defensive leader.
  17. Bit of a sideways step really and to leave the south coast/Hampshire for Leicester?...
  18. Sam Byram.
  19. Ive got no idea what the plan is in that regard but I know that the ex-national grid building is in the hands of a wealthy organisation who 'help convert' old gas works and then sell them on for profit. So it would seem possible that King Power Holdings (another off-shore company) will purchase said building.
  20. Some of it, but not all of it. The building and some area close to the East Stand remains out of KP's hands.
  21. Now unless there's some kind of problem with the power building next door to the KP I think the club is looking at a new stadium. This would explain the delay. Would love someone to interview the board/owners.
  22. 100%. Anyone against expansion is wrong in my eyes. Now is the time to capitalise.
  23. You could probably consider anything over 31,500ish a sell out really with the segregation, single seats left and ST holders not turning up. Im 99% sure if we expanded to 38-40K we would still sell out.
  24. No solid interest has been lodged, no contracts signed, no plans received or searches gone in. Also no planning details on Hinckley & Bosworth or Blaby sites. Rumours at the minute are exactly that, rumours.
