I don’t recall anyone ever saying that we had a comfortable mid table squad. I remember some saying, including myself that our squad was better than Southampton, Everton, Wolves, Ipswich and not too dissimilar to Palace etc. Don remember anyone saying this squad and coaching staff should be achieving 9th-12th.

Yeah fair enough Leicester itself has more Asians for example but Nottingham still has sizeable ‘non British white’ contingents.

It really isn’t though, it’s exactly the same as Leicester it’s just the water flowing through it is twice as wide. They have a decent cricket team, we have the biggest rugby club in the country. I do very distinctly remember Forest chanting to us ‘you’re just a small town in Baghdad’ on several occasions under Billy Davies.
