The top 2 performances in terms of XG have both been under Ruud. The only game this season where we created more and better chances than our opponent was under Ruud. With Mads in goal we would not have lost against Wolves. No doubt in my mind. Hes dropped Faes. Crucial. El-Khannous is improving. All while being without Ricardo and Fatawu as well as the Winks and Mads injuries. Oh and Ndidi’s suspension. Oh and he had no say on shaping this squad yet he has performed better than Pooper and his staff did. And he’s got a tune out of Bobby.

Ipswich and Southampton have been more garbage than us. Southampton should now get organised and pick up some points here and there under Juric. Cooper was extremely lucky with us, we’ve improved overall under Ruud and should get better with the right additions in Jan. We need to pull Everton and Palace into it.

Forest are massively overperforming. Wolves have just got 6pts from two games where one of which we had Ward in goal and then United imploded. We’re still in the fight.

I have it on very good authority that he is nowhere near as interested in running this club as his father was at present. Not just from the viewpoint of an outsider looking in.

Top is the owner and chairman along with one of his relatives. His ownership and funding of the club right now isn’t the problem, it’s the people below him who he’s trusted for way too long. I still believe he could realise and change it. Selling up and changing the guard would take months. (Which medium to long term would probably be beneficial, but right now in this pivotal season it wouldn’t be for the best).

Nahhhh it was weird he wasn’t brought on at HT. 0-3 all it takes is a goal before the 60-65th minute to create doubt. Facundo would’ve increased that chance. I think he’s going back to Brighton and being played or sold and Ruud is just using other options now.

I’m absolutely baffled that the club have moved for this appointment while sticking with Alcock and Dawson as well as Hughes. It’s incredibly important in this day and age for a manager to have his staff with him. Ruud literally has no one. Wolves have already appointed 4 staff along with Vitor. Southampton are set to announce an assistant, GK coach and fitness coach along with Juric. Yet another example of the total stupidity, naivety and brainless operation we have with Susan, Rudders and Top.
