tbf Cov have been a decent championship outfit for a while, Robins built a good squad there before he got the boot, lampard has just continued that thats the way im looking at it too, not like they are even remotely going to do anything this club has done the last 10 years they are a good team, cant deny that

there are some good eggs within the squad but some are massively arrogant and think they are better than they are we need to try and go back to what we was in a blend of experience hard working pro with rough young diamonds we have a good few experienced ones in like Ricky P but as a whole the squad needs a massive rebuild and turn over in players

if we had a good structure at the club, i mean behind the scenes i honestly think we wouldnt even be in the position we are now, MC i doubt wouldnt even be in charge, we'd be still in the premier league but the club sat on his arse, thought everything is fine, while we get left behind in every single area in terms of transfer business/scouting etc yes i agree we arent doing as well as we should, im disappointed as the next fan, Im sure MC is pissed off right now too, but this lands more on the door of the players/higher ups than anything else for me
