Good to see something will get organised and unified with the 14 min boycott.
Anything specific about the number 14 at all here?
I'm guessing it is referencing the Silva debacle...

Seahawks are my hope for the trophy as I want to see Mike Macdonald win.

These turnovers are hilarious

With Top it feels like when you’ve got a great mate who wants to do everything with you but then he gets a Mrs, loses all personality and just does and thinks what she tells him.
pretty sure since his wife came into the picture everything he does is just for her and don’t think he cares about anything else. Which is fine when you’re not the key figure running a business or a complex football club
This is an incredibly odd take.

Can't see why JJ would want to stay really given the state we're in.
There will be far more appealing offers for him if he doesn't agree any personal terms.

Surely our best hope for anyone that might improve the squad is a loan from the PL.

Voted.
I'm excited to see the results and hopefully start to see the FT hold thr club to account more.

So its fashionable to diss lots and lots of players. I agree, Daka is sh1te, Praet was useless, Faes a curly haired *****, Perez was over priced, Soumare a lazy pri5k, Victor useless, Ayew crap etc etc. But at least they actually played for us.
This lanky piece of Australian(Scottish) jizz cost us £15 million. £15 f4cking million to do nothing. Didn't play at all the season we got promoted. Has remained a fan favourite in all that time, because you are when you dont play.
Stoke must love every penny of that £15 million. They even had add-ons that i bet kicked in when we were promoted.
Sorry to those that love him. This is our WORST signing in the last few years. Utter crap.
His best moment was his own goal against Villa.
How many times have you seen him play?

Seeing Barnes do well is the most gut wrenching of the lot. It's like watching your 10/10 first love go off with a bloke you could never be whilst you're stuck on Viva Street.
Analogy needs work since they aren't close to us at our prime, but I agree it is more painful than Madders or Youri for example.
I think it's more like seeing her leave with some younger lad you sort of know and is OK but he's totally unremarkable. Meanwhile you're laying in your own piss.

I thought it was Hamza Choudhury FC

I really don't like the way Cifuentes sets out the team, but he has always said he styles his teams to Johan Cruyff's philosophies. The fact they aren't running as much as other teams isn't surprising.
Of course, Cruyff was referring to teams with elite and intelligent footballers. Cifuentes trying to force that style onto this set is what makes for such rotten football.
I was going to make a joke about us not needing to move so much because our possession is so perfectly orchestrated but you've ruined it now.

Edit: apparently building works must start by Dec 2027.
You don't have to do an awful lot for it to count as a meaningful start and you can apply for permission to be extended.
That said, I don't expect we will be doing either.

Sign him then send him to Newport. It’s working for Braybrooke.
This is such an odd suggestion, what is your logic?
The issue is injuries, why would we sign him and then send him on loan to a league 2 team?

Just realised what a soppy sod I am watching Train Dreams on NETFLIX, gentle story and I found it so sad. 😢
I really enjoyed it, sad though it is. Just about finishing reading the novella it is based on too.

On aside, what are these vouchers for? The crap, unhealthy food at the ground? And why are they given in the first place - a perk of the job, or a genuine concern that a steward can't prep food around work? I assume stewards are on zero hour contracts?
I've not worked at LCFC but worked at Anfield and Tigers in hospitality and they both provided a very basic meal for all of their casual staff on concessions, in the bars and stewards.
All on 0 hour contracts, but pimarily I don't think they want people bringing in food, so they essentially have to provide it. Both those places cooked big vats of pasta for everyone IIRC.

I thought he was pretty good on the whole. Looks composed, decent passing range and carried it forward more than anyone else did.
It was disappointing he got megged but the goal is not his fault and if you're going to hold that against a CB you'll never be happy with anyone.
He is the least of our worries, I just hope we can keep him a bit longer and he continues to improve.

We all want this rot to stop and to bring through new blood but I find the suggestion to bring him back to be a bit ridiculous.
Why disrupt him when he's having a good season just to stick him in the absolutely rotten situation we have here.

Just finished this, really enjoyed it. Lots of interesting nuggets on plant biology/neurology to back up a perspective of humans which would really improve the world were it to be more widely held/adopted.
Less impressed with this which was a recommendation. Some of the prose felt a bit strange to me, I can't help but think some things didn't translate as well as others from Norwegian.

Need to get down the Stamford and see this new deli. Maybe tonight
My mum mentioned it to me after we got back but I didn't notice in while I was in there. It's been refurbed recently so I hear, only thing I noticed from last time I was in was a lot of green on the walls and the restaurant looked a bit nicer.

One on Churchgate wasn't there? I remember going in as a kid for lunch when our Mum took us into town. Loved it.
