Amazed by the blind loyalty of some who think they are actually helping the club in difficult times and don’t realise they are totally insignificant.
if every ST Holder renews it pays less than 4days wages, the club will spend your £70 on wages alone quicker than it takes you to process the transaction.
The club doesn’t need to change £70 it’s a made up figure with very little justification. They could have charge £10 it would still be massively insignificant to the club, they could do it FOC and it wouldn’t affect the club.

Can confirm I have seen this happen. She tried to balance the cake on her chair and it ended up all over the floor. It was deserved.
I fear then we are already too late...
but get some tickets in the UFS section for Wigan anyway!

F**k Dortmund!
called a Capo most European sides have one position themselves at the front sadly at the KP the flask brigade would complain about not being able to see the players warm up or come out the tunnel.
we’re literally one step away from someone bringing an entire Victoria sponge to the game like at Fulham, if it hasn’t happened already?have a drum in a stadium over here people call it lame, many other places it’s expected.
clubs, media and many fans are so scared of any kind of fan culture over here it’s ridiculous.
everyone should get involved in the UFS section for the Wigan game and lets see if we can bring the atmosphere back.

Leicester’s in a great place to have a cracking music scene over the next few years.
i think the folks who run the cookie have played a massive part in this.
for many years Leicester didn’t have a decent small venue to bring up and coming bands to The Musican is really a place for your dad, although I did see Royal Flood there. Firebug/ soundhouse etc never really did it consistently.
but the cookie has managed to provide a space to put on some decent bands and give a place for local artists to play and see bands as well.
you also have promoters like robot needs home who have put on some great shows.
Next few few years could be great for Leicester bands and live music.

So I’m just back from my first trip to Bochum and I’ve had an amazing couple of days.
only a few weeks a go I decided to go to the game on my own not knowing anyone but I have to say from the people who helped at this side with getting me a ticket and letting me join them for the weekend and the Bochum fans who looked after us all weekend in their city to the random Bochum fans in the stadium welcoming me to their club and giving us scarves and of course the curywurst have all been beyond what I could have imagined.
Loved the whole weekend only problem for those is that put up with me this time is that this will not be my last trip, so let me know folks when your going over again!
So thanks to everyone I met or helped me out it was a brilliant experience.

Just sorting all my plans out now, what’s the best way to get to Bochum from Dortmund Airport? Is it the Airport express bus to Dortmund Hbf and then a regional train to Bochum?

How easy would it be to get a ticket for the Union Berlin game on the 19/05?
is the easiest way to fly Stansted - Dortmund?

Still in a state of shock and hard to describe how this all feels and the next few weeks will be difficult for everyone connected to the club.
Vichai and his family could have invested in a any club but for some reason they chose our club.
They took us from championship obscurity and made the impossible possible.
vichai and his family took the club, the people and the city to their heart and the people of Leicester returned that feeling.
I never had the pleasure of meeting Vichai or any of his family but besides the obvious investments in the club, the charitable donations, the free scarfs and beers I’ve seen him handing out dozens of free shirts to children and when he ran out he went and got more.
Vichai and his family were not just rich invevestors they are all good people.
We’ve lost the best owner in football but Top and the rest of his family have lost their father and I know how devastating that is. I just hope they understand how much we loved and respected Vichai not just as Mr Chairman but as a person.

I love berlin it’s an amazing city, however I imagine in February it’s probably the same sort of weather as over here cold, wet, windy same for the likes of Prague, Vienna, krakow etc so would think of somewhere more southern people have already mentioned Seville. I thought Porto was nice the other year. I really like Valencia although the locals are absolutely bonkers.
i went in March when they have this festival called mascleta where they basically just blow the city up! They have these fireworks everyday for the first two weeks in March. I say fireworks but it’s just noise and smoke everyday at 2pm never seen or heard anything like it, the ground was shaking. And then as you are walking around kids are just throwing fireworks around.
about 5min in it goes real crazy, 7min in its carnage and the do this every day for two weeks
oh and the Mestalla is a great stadium if you can sneak in a game!

Just a quick heads up it’s at the Royal Festival Hall not the Royal Albert Hall in case you turned up at the Albert Hall and wondered why it said Alfie boe was on or something.

Just paid £200 for a ticket to watch NIN at the Royal Albert Hall, anyone need a kidney?
Me to, not hoobastank but NIN at the Albert Hall although I didn’t pay that much

Saw The Hold Steady in Camden the other night WOW what a show

It’s been dead for a good decade or more. The recent free version was terrible I’m really not sure what they were trying to achieve with it, if you got two album reviews a week you were lucky and one would be Taylor Swift or something.
Between the John Peel show and the NME it was massive for me in finding out about new bands and tours, When I first started reading it in the early 90’s it was probably the first place you would hear about a band touring through the pages and pages of gig listings in the back.
sadly every USP it had has become easier to find on the internet especially gigs Songkick and Bandsintown just tell me know.

I love me vinyl. Have over 1,000. None of them are in alphabetical order.
Last buys: The Fall new facts emerge. Groove Armada Goodbye country hello nightclub and Stiff Little Fingers Live at Barrowland.
Alphabetical order sucks I have a loose system but half the fun is trying to find something in your collection and getting distracted by something else you find while looking that you think wow haven’t listened to this in ages.

If everyone of those 5630 has paid £70 than that’s covered today’s wage bill (£394000 Per day in 18/19) but the club will have spent it all by about 2am.
I am sure all those £70’s have helped the club in this difficult time.
