He's never been OK tbh. Nasty piece of work and thick as mince. Loves the North East though...or should that be Essex. What day of the week is it? Interestingly for trivia buffs his partner is Political Editor of the Sun on Sunday....but I'm sure that would never influence their reporting.

I honestly think with regard to where City are at the moment either Potter or Cooper would be fine. Certainly there are a lot worse options we've been linked with. I'm still a Corberan man myself though.

Football Nepo Baby

I think they genuinely thought it would be a blip and things would move back in their favour again but feels like that ship has probably sailed now, so a fair point.
-
I see he decided to do no appearances, no media etc today. Might be the best approach for him for the remainder of the campaign.
-
It was the beginning of the end of the Tories once they got rid of the grown ups, like Stewart, like Gauke etc in a fit of post Brexit hubris. Those genuine one nation Conservatives must be loving what's happening now.
-
Yeah someone put a fiver on him I'd imagine

Speak for yourself re Simpson but I suppose everyone has a different moral compass and thats fair enough. However taking this out of the equation and taking OGS on face value on pure footballing terms, I also think he's a pretty mediocre football manager anyway.
-
I would suggest it's more a morality issue that drives the objections to OGS. Well it certainly is for me. His ability or otherwise as a football manager I think is irrelevant.

At least the Bananas will have been bendy. #brexitbenefit

Cant believe the chucker actually found a McDonalds where the milkshake machine wasn't broken.

This is Farage. He said he definitely wouldn't stand so surely he's bound to now announce he's standing? Talk of Clacton, as surprise surprise the current incumbent Reform candidate has been outed for some dubious social media posts. Eminently winnable seat for Reform. Hate him or loathe him Farage standing would be even more bad news for the Tories.

Three things I take from this: 1. These guys were pretty much bang on at this stage of the 2019 campaign. 2. Sunak only holds his seat by 3%. Green and Lib Dem voters in that constituency you know what you need to do. 3. Davey just needs to visit a couple more water parks and he could find himself leader of the opposition. Oh my.

Which in itself would swing the balance to Biden

Will someone please think of the satirists....at least now the pensioners of TW can feel secure that they aren't likely to get punched.
-
I think it will be the final nail in the coffin for the more moderate Republican base who were still planning to hold their noses and vote for orange man. Even if this is a relatively small % it could be enough to swing the balance to Biden, in what will be a very close election.
-
Man that takes me back about 40 years. Is that place still open (....please say it is)?
-
He's living his best life in the knowledge that the Lib Dems will most likely significantly increase their number of seats from a low base, through tactical voting alone. No wonder he looks so relaxed....Will be campaigning in the key constituencies of Alton Towers, Thorpe Park and Legoland over the next few days.

Will somebody think of the Daily Mail at this difficult time. First Beergate now Councilhousegate. 2 for 2.
-
I know on balance it's probably not a good thing him going but I'm really struggling to give a shit. Can't understand why Chelsea would want him but fair play to him, as he'll get one chunky pay off when he's sacked by Xmas On to the next one.

Bet you order omelette when you go to an Indian restaurant and get upset if they haven't got chips to go with it. And tomato ketchup....
-
It will be Corberan and that won't upset me at all. My some of the names being touted on here. A lot of people seem to live in La la land...Potter, Zebedee, Jose. Wow

Not sure they'll have to do it from California.
