Saying Chelsea have already beaten Leeds and when they beat us.
    Clueless so called pundit.

I hope she doesn't read this, she'll end up house bound severely unwell with all types of mental illness.

I love watching the way we play. So measured and controlled, the way we look for chinks in the armour and also look to move the opposition in a certain way. Like chess.

I'm sorry, but anyone saying this is boring should probably start following another club - or even better, a different sport.

Yeah that's when we're looking to go 1 up. It's when we're winning we pass it sideways and backwards.

I understand the anxiety re fitness / injuries. But surely we've done a cost benefit analysis using an actual trained doctor. Where the financial outlay is low to the likelihood of hammy relapse? No hammy = quids in. Bit of hammy = ah well, not so expensive.

I don't think it's anything to do with his injury history. People just love to moan.

We could break the points record, break the top goal scorers record, golden globe, manager of the season and people will still find reasons to view it negatively.

  4. I think my worry is, he changed the game when he came on against Coventry then just vanished. To me he's a good back up/rotation player and I'd rather we kept him until the summer just to help push us over the line.

We've already seen what a small run of good and bad games can do looking at how Southampton and Leeds have swapped places.

Your expect a win but Leicester don't like a game against bottom sides!

Umm I'm getting the feeling it will be similar to the Liverpool game yesterday. We'll have all the pocession and chances and if we're lucky scrape a 1-0 win.

Is that really bad? Is there something intrinsically Japanese that makes for a great team player?  Certain traits that are ‘ typically Japanese’ if maybe not exclusively?

i have been delighted with both Japanese players we have signed- Both Yuki Abe and Shinji Okazaki.. yes their skill but also their commitment to the team, dedication, how they’ve applied themselves, their attitudes in the media and  it’s just felt so rewarding when they’ve scored or played their part.. their smiles!

I’d love us to sign another Japanese player!

If you're happy to extend to Korea, I do like the look of the guy who's getting game time at Celtic now!

    Who Garth?

Agreed - he’s been stealing a living for far too long!

Ughhh! Remember the days when you were somewhere that didn't have sky and all you had was final score. Apps wasn't really a big thing but you wanted to know the results.

I agree, what I mean't was he has not really played consecutively and deserves a chance as he looked quality yesterday.

Oh no! I agree with you and what your point was! We don't know what would have happened if he played consecutively and now he's playing well, albeit for 30 minutes, people still want him gone.

I would even argue he's probably our most attacking midfielder to but hey ho.

says it all, how many games has he started one after the other?

Coventry are favourites for the play offs and they could have one yesterday. It's not like we played Plymouth at home. We played one of the top sides and based on yesterday's performance. I say put Praet next to Dewsbury-Hall, and I'd be willing to wager he hits double figures in both goals and assists.

  10. I think Ndidi, Kel and Praet will stay.

Ndidi isn't the player he was and I think it's a case of the devil you know. Stick around at a lower level in a place you know and see if you can pick back up.

No concrete noise on Kel and even with 1 year left he's worth more than people will pay.

Similar with Praet and I actually think he could back 15+ goals with a regular run in the side.

Think Castange will go, Souttar too unfortunately, and Kristenson on loan with no option.

I also have this odd feeling Vestergaard will stay, partner Faes for the next month with Cody out and actually look half decent. I think we may all look like tossers when we say he's a must start.

    yeah of course he is.......

    sweet jesus:rolleyes:

I think just like Kel, if you give him a good run in the first team he'll be a much better player. Would keep 100%.

No signing for 5 days. Dam. We are doomed.  Marasca out.

Some people love a good whinge or reason to make a post. I'd rather we scout and wait rather than rush and end up with with tosh!

  13. The issue I have with this is he's apparently suited to a possession based approach and I just can't take anymore sideways passes and passing it backwards.

Plus every fan here will deduct his fee off the Maddison fee and workout the difference to see how much we've been done over.

Weird situation this one. I don't really see anyone giving us 'fair value' for him and surely anything less than 50 mill would be too much of a pisstake to entertain. Can't believe i'm even suggesting this but is it possible he doesn't actually end up going?

I thought this a while back after what happened with Tielemans, wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if we started the season with Maddison and Barnes, a couple of loans and no permanent signings.

I suppose it almost guarantees our promotion if nothing else.

How much is Coady on? £50k per week at least surely. I presume we'd have to at least match that to entice him to drop down a division. I just don't see how we can do that. I think I'd rather we went in for a younger, cheaper option like Ronnie Edwards at Posh.

We'd have already saved a good few 100k on all the players out of contract, so as long as we're not offering silly salaries for every player, then it shouldn't be a problem here. Especially when it's somebody who's captain material and likely our best centre back then we can push the boat out.

Not sure what's so difficult to understand really. Silva openly said he wanted to move last summer to Barca, but a deal couldn't be made, so it's quite possible he tries to move away this summer. Maddison is a good player to bring in for the  squad to fill that gap. Nobody said that Maddison is as good as Silva, and as stated it's not always possible to replace outgoing players with ones of equal or superior talent, ergo Philips being brought in with Fernandinho departing.

I think what people are suggesting is if you want to remain as one of the best teams in Europe then having Maddison take over from Silva isn't really as strong as say Miliato and Rodrygo having taken the spots Ramos and Bale used to play and Haaland taking the spot Aguero used to play.

It's probably why PSG are not as good as they were, from what they have had in the past to what they have now.

    1. ManCity 1-3 Leicester 2015-16. That was the performance that really made it seem possible. Huth was unreal. For me this is still the club’s most memorable ever match and the one I most look back in awe upon. Everyone said this was the game we fall away but we completely outplayed ManCity and showed we were there to stay the course

    2. Leicester 3-1 Everton 2015-16. Lifting the PL trophy

    3. Leicester 1-0 Chelsea. FA Cup final. Obviously

    4. Leicester 2-0 (3-2 agg) Sevilla. Champions League last 16. Just incredible to see Leicester win a knock out tie in the CL and unsung players like Albrighton and Morgan write themselves into club folklore. Probably as good an atmosphere as there’s ever been at the Kp too

    5. Leicester 3-2 Aston Villa. 2015-16. Early on in the title winning season. We were 2-0 down and came back and won 3-2. It just seemed to give us an unstoppable momentum and I remember just coming out the ground thinking “wow” and feeling like we were just unsinkable at the time

I was actually thinking number 5 and about to put that as number 1 for me. I remember watching that game and it was that moment I realized we had something special.

  18. For those who are recommending Alex Scott, I read somewhere he's valued at 25m. Although these are the stupid prices of today, seems a risk for somebody who's only 19.

The first person on my list would be Diallo, straight up purchase. Versatile and a good player, I'd also love Brereton but call me crazy, why not take a shot and Langstaff, 40+ goals and not one penalty.
