Means an odd ticket or two have come back on but at a higher band than yours so you can't buy. Can't remember which band it sold out at but any tickets that come back will only be available to that band or above

I like the fact it's over a shorter time scale. The two one off finals we've had so far have been very close contests between good teams. If it was 7-8 years we'd still be waiting for the first winner to be crowned. Test world cup sounds great but how would it work logistically? Would it be held in one location? If yes, it would be massively skewed depending on host. The current format isn't perfect by any stretch but is better than no test championship at all, plus I'll never tire of seeing India lose in a final. -
Keepers don't really count here, plus I'd start Stolarczyk anyway as he's been incredible for us so far. Travel element shouldn't be forgotten about but don't think we should be resting anyone for a game of this magnitude based on them flying to Vienna for meaningless friendlies.

What do you deem a fair amount? Think you'll be hard pushed to find many who will actually be playing during the international break. Daka, Souttar (who cares), Faes the only regular starters?

Seems like a worrying % of our fans actually want us to lose on Sunday so we can "concentrate on the league". Absolutely no excuses not to be full strength against Chelsea, 12 days off till Bristol C.

Close the thread, problem solved.

I agree. No drum in the west stand and it's pretty much La Bombonera in there

Every team sings it when their own home atmosphere is complete gash as well. Not only is it hypocritical it's a really crap chant any way you look at it

You always seem to pipe up with this "Don't go then" response when someone (rightly) bemoans ticket prices. Why are you such a bootlicker for billionaires and corporations? Everywhere outside of England fans club together and boycott/campaign against ripping off fans. Look at ticket prices in Germany for example, similar level of football and attendances, tickets a fraction of the cost. In England if complain their own fans attack with them the juvenile response of telling them not to go. Cheers for that.

We evidently have different ideas of what makes a competition great. I'm talking from the perspective of a fan who follows their team around Europe, the conference league is unrivalled. Randers is the best draw we've ever had. Did you go to any of the European games out of interest? Most of your comments mirror armchair man united fans who only care about winning (and calling competitions tinpot etc) rather than the experience of going to games. I think an unfortunate side effect of our success is that we'll see an increasing number of those type of fans, which could be linked to the crap atmosphere in recent years. Forest biggest game of the season by far is mental, was an FA cup fourth round tie. We'll play forest again multiple times in the coming years. How many semi finals of a major European competition are we going to have in our lives? It's a major competition whether you like it or not by the way, look what winning it meant to Roma and West Ham. As for there's no one we should have lost to, it's cup football; the best team doesn't always progress. That's why it's so good.

What they used to be? PSV currently smashing the Eredivisie and Roma made the final of the Europa League the year after winning Conference League. It seems like your enjoyment of being in Europe - the highlight of supporting a club in my opinion and something many fans never get to experience - was tainted by you seeing the club declining from the previous years of challenging for the top 4. That's unfortunate. Don't understand why you're looking down your nose at the conference league, it was and still is class, especially for match going fans. Rodgers can go fvck himself the arrogant moron.

Couldn't disagree more with this. Randers was probably our best ever away end, Atletico was an absolute morgue. Rennes and PSV were incredible ends as well. Yes we chopped it at Roma but far bigger teams than us have got done at the Olimpico. Other than Randers were playing decent teams, much more difficult than West Ham had it last year. Think many people bought into the media snobbery over the conference league when in reality it's incredible. "The PSV away game was nice" is possibly the understatement of the century. This is a real sign of how entitled our fans have become. 10 years ago I'd have given my right arm just to get into europe at all and now we've got fans saying a last minute winner away from home in a european competition was "nice".

Great knock from Robinson fair play -
Sh1te draw in the Ro16. Can't draw a team from your own nation but can draw team from your own group. So we've got three ties with repeat fixtures West Ham Freiburg Atalanta Sporting Bayer Qarabag

Great game this -
Would rather have a cyanide pukka pie than sing that absolute shit

Agreed but the real bangers persist over time even if the player has left. Iwan Roberts only played a couple of seasons for us but his chant was commonplace for years until Vardy and Mavididi got ones to the same tune. I may be biased towards him but I'd happily sing the Leo Ulloa chant until the cows come home.

Feel like a broken record but the section was good again last night, the vast majority elsewhere not so (shock). If you want to move to where there is some semblance of an atmosphere you know what to do. If you need help with this, there are numerous people on this forum willing to assist.
