Dug my switch back out to take to Madrid with me. Went to game yesterday and decided to pick up Pokémon Violet. Even at 38 years old these games just hit different. Takes me back to having Pokémon red and blue as an 11 year old and becoming obsessed with Pokémon. I don't think I will ever not love Pokémon. There I said it. Lol

Finished Nobody saves the world. Very enjoyable game. Unlocked NG+ but not sure I can be bothered. I'm going Madrid for a few days. Just downloaded Call of the Sea for when I return.

Put in some time now into Nobody saves the world. Some of these dungeons are very difficult. Clearly I need to look at my abilities. The magician is a form I like to use. Summoning my familiar army

We are top of the league and running away with this division. Our goal difference is very impressive and we have multiple goalscorers across the squad. We couldnt have asked for more before the season began. But i can see why people get annoyed and frustrated with the style. Take last night for example, the first 20 mins we were very successful at breaking the lines with the ball over the top. Mcateer was having a field day. Then for the rest of the half we just seemed to slow the momentum down. Passing across the back for what seemed like an eternity. When we withdraw and play the safe football it does become tedious to watch. Then this invites pressure from the opposition and mistakes happen when passing around the back. This is why people end up screaming to go forward, in fear of making a mistake. The 2 Ipswich results have got peoples backs up also. We go 1-0 up and then we look to play for that result. Inviting pressure and get done by a late equaliser. Which for a while it looked like a similar thing would happen last night. Lets not forget Swansea did get a late goal. The saving grace of last night were that we did still create a lot of chances, and whilst we are creating lots of chances i dont think any fan can sit there and really moan too much about the style. If we were tippy tappy at the back whilst providing nothing at all in attack i would understand the frustration.

This game is so good. Just so easy to pick up where you left off. Im finding myself constantly changing forms just to do the little upgrades. Im level 14 already. The Turtle is amazing

Played my first hour. Great little game that kind of forces you to try the new forms just so you can upgrade and unlock further forms. I do like a 'pick up and play' with it not being too serious. Im just about to unlock the castle. Just unlocked Slug form

Im struggling to find something to play that fills me with excitement. I have PS Premium and im scrolling through the library for something new and im just not drawn to anything. Any recommendations?

Started Traitors Australia season 2 on iPlayer. If you haven't already I recommend the Traitors America season 1. Really good

We have numerous equipment for my son, wheelchair, stander, walker, hi low chair amongst other items. Storage becomes more of a priority than a 2nd toilet.

The house I live in now only has 1 toilet. It's no different to how we live now. Not had any problems before.

The toilet is an interesting one. Im actually thinking of taking it out and having it as a storage area only. With my sons wheelchair i want somewhere i can easily put that along with coats and shoes. I have an air con unit that i will be taking with me. Which ill put into the lounge. That can help with heating the lounge up when necessary.

Thanks for that, I think its mostly Studded walls but will need to investigate further. I think early tasks for me is to replace the carpets in bedrooms and lounge. Wet room i dont think is a priority yet. Its useable for now so we can focus money on other things. It has a kitchen with breakfast room, which are the walls i want to remove in order to make the kitchen bigger. Then really its removing old lights, wall papering, painting etc. I dont think it would take much to get it looking nice and fresh. I would like to explore the idea of removing the wall from the lounge to really open it up.

So after speaking to my mortgage advisor, who thinks the house is a steal i have made an offer which has already been accepted. Just need to get my house on the market now

Just went to look at a Bungalow, valued at approx the same as what my house is valued at. Trying to decide if i want to move into a bungalow which needs work doing to it. In preparation for when my son gets older and begins to struggle with stairs. Just dont know if to take the plunge. As i like the house we are currently in but its a 3 bed Semi. Im thinking of borrowing an extra £30k so we can do it up. But im thinking is £30k enough? How much does that even get you these days? Structurally it looks ok im just thinking about opening up the kitchen into more of a open plan lounge, kitchen and diner. Bedrooms look ok just need redecorating. It already has a wet room, which is ideal for Ashton. Though it could do with modernising. Im just panicking thinking if £30k would be enough. Even if to just get the most important things done

So ive finished Leons story on Resident Evil 2. Only took 5 and a half hours. Ive started Claire's story and as soon as the Tyrant has appeared i just think i cant be arsed anymore with running away from him. Its why i wont play Resident Evil 3. I HATE being chased in games. Ive heard good things about Outer Wilds. I made a start last night and got bored pretty quickly. The controls when in space are just too fiddly and not sure i can be arsed to fight with it
