Take him over Martin any day of the week. Yes he's dull as dishwater, but has the no nonsense streak that Pearson, and to an extent, Puel had in being to hopefully shift the dryrot that seems to permeate the club from top to bottom.
The club needs a complete reset and we need a post-Sven type appointment to rebuild. He's far more suitable than most for that kind of grim work than an Enzo/Martin/Rohl and I'm prepared to take the medicine for this kind of thing to happen. I think next season will be incomparable to 23/24 and we're not going to waltz it again.
