I cannot add to the advice given, but make sure you try to look after yourself. I know how difficult that apparently simple suggestion can be.

I'm now doubly glad I posted. Not just because stating it or saying it immediately shrinks the issue a bit, but also because it has perhaps helped others break their silence. This thread is so important.
