I accept he's not the quickest, But he has been stepping out of defence often and even crossing the half way line at times. As a holding midfielder he just has to support the play knowing someone is behind him providing the last line of defence. I now it's not a first choice option but needs must at times. With KDH and NDiddi with him I think he'd be fine.

The problem with Hamza is he doesn't pass the ball forward only sideways or backward. Which is not what we need really. To me the obvious replacement is Praet, Though his lack of game time might work against him. There's no doubting he has the ability, He's Skillful, good on the Ball, and can see a forward Pass. The downside is he doesn't like Tackling or mixing it. As a wild Card option, Enzo could move Vesty into the Winks role and bring in Coady to fill the CB role. This would give us someone who can win the Ball back and can also see a forward pass. As well as offering extra defensive cover when coming under pressure from Watford. Especially from Set pieces, Something we've been struggling with lately. I guess we'll have to wait until Saturday to find out what Enzo decides.

I expect to see Praet to come and play the Winks role which I think will actually suit him. He can see the game in front of him and is a good passer of the Ball. With Wilf and Ricardo helping him in midfield we should be fine and I expect us to win.

Who said he was a good player. ? So he get's a chance to come and play in the biggest league in the world. Most young players would give the proverbilly right Arm for the opportunity. And don't forget he cost 17 million or so. When he should be keeping his head down and working hard, He's spitting his dummy out and complaining about the Club. That's either stupidy or arrogance to me, take your pick. You don't hear Thomas coming out with rubbish and he's an FA Cup Winner who's earned the right to speak up if he had a reason too. I hope the Club gets rid asap. I want players who were the Shirt with pride and committed to the Club at least while we're paying them.

Praet certainly isn't the answer so I wouldn't be putting much faith in him. I hope hoe goes during the Window. Likewise with Souttar who hasn't been bad but just doesn't fit Enzo's requirements. So better he goes too and we recover our money and find someone who will fit in what Enzo wants. We need someone in midfield who can hold the Ball and draw opponnents towards them creating space for others. A new left sided Defender and a new CB if Souttar or Vesty goes in the Window. A new Striker to replace Vardy or Kelchi who is not delivering for different reasons. I know we have a few coming back from injury but they will all need time to get up to speed. Time we don't really have as we need to keep winning as promotion is our number one Goal.

He does seem to have an arrogance about him when you consider how few Hi level games he's played. It's as if he was too good for us when he couldn't even nail down a spot at little old Leicester.

He has huge potential, He just needs to learn the game which takes time. But you can't fault him with ball at his feet, He just needs to make better choices in possession on some occasions.

I'm not disputing he done well for us when he was here. I just feel equally he didn't give a toss about us when he chose to leave for Celtic. Thankfully we went on to achive great success in the following years all be it after a similar stumble to this year. So let's hope we go on to do the same again.

Mavididi wasn't the problem on Saturday. He came up against a very good full back who was also being protected by one of the CBs. The real problem was Mav was being exposed one to one with no support. KDH was playing too much on the right side. This made it a lot easier for the FB to mark Mav knowing he was going to have to try and get pass him as his only option. With KDH or Kelechi on the inside he would have had someone to pass too and get in behind the FB. Equally JJ was busy trying to contain there attacking threat down the right to offer much support. I also thought JJ has lost some of his pace since his injuries which makes him less inclined to go too far forward on an overlap. I was surprised Enzo allowed it to continue for so long and not tell KDH to get back over to the 10 position.

Agreed, But you always need a big CF who offers something different, even simple at times, just winning Headers in the Box. The last one we had was Ulloa and he did'nt do too bad for us. Ulloa or Mitrovitch or someone silimar who would most certainly have added the few Goals which would have got us the point or two we needed to qualify.

I totally agree, But we can only play the players availble to us. He couldn't have done any worse than Vardy or Kelechi yesterday. You always need a proper Centre Forward in the squad. It's one of the things I derided Rogers for which cost us Champions league not once but twice.

I can only assume it's because of some clause in Daka's Contract. Yesterday he coudn't have done any worse than those who played. At least he would have offered pace especially when the game got stretched.

He needs to manage his game better, Get his positioning better. Why he spent so much of the game on the right I don't know. Effectively getting in Ricardo's way at times. If he's playing in the 10 role stay there where he can fill in for Kelechi when he drops deep and also support Stephy. He should have passed to Stephy instead of shooting that time. But these are the small decisions which win or lose games.

What lost us that game was our failings and not anything Borough done, Though the goal was a wonderful strike which I'll comment below. We lost it in the first half with yet again too many loose passes over passing and to many passes in tight areas. When you pass the ball 3 times in tight area's the object should be to get the Ball out of there, Not another pass in the same area. We've been guilty of that for too long now. Over and under hit passes is another. Passes behind players instead of infront. Players not getting into position or turned on correctly to receive the Ball. All small things in themselves but the collective leads to our breakdown in play. First half KDH seemed to be everywhere and no where to effect the game. Second half he done much better but again poor passing let him down. Hamza again first half walked through the game without delivering anything. Second he was also much better, Doing what I believe he does best. that's breaking up play in forward area's and winning the Ball back. But he also needs to get his head up and look for a better pass. Too often he just turns back and plays it behind to whoever is nearest. Stephy had it tough yesterday but again was left exposed without the support he needed from KDH, JJ and Kelechi. Our lack of someone to hold the ball and beat a man in midfield is also costing us. Maddison would be a revelation in that role in this league. We had nobody leading the line at anytime during the game which is another mistake. Nacho playing too deep and Vardy no service. I thought Borough were well drilled and had a clear plan which they executed well for most parts of the game, Including the Goal. Now to the Goal leaving aside our mistake in conceding it I think Madensen is not blameless. He showed a lot of the Goal to his right inviting him to hit it there. Then why not move to cover that area early instead of waiting until after the Ball has been kicked. I'm not saying he would have got it as it was a wonderful strike but he art least would have given himself a better chance. That's all. Lastly, I dont understand why we give up games tamely. I know the ethos, But with time running out it's route one for me and create some terror in the middle of their defence. I'd have move Vesty up top and look for headers and knock downs. Rather that continue in the same mould that hasn't worked for previous 80. It's a result business and even a point could be vital at the end of the season. Let's hope Enzo improves improves some of these issues with the players during the International break and we get back to winning ways soon.

Especially when he was in midfield all on his own. With the game he was having I thought Ricardo would have been moved up to play alongside him and Hamza or Coady brought on to play full back.

You are right he was awful also tonight. We need a real ball carrier in there someone who can beat a man in tight areas light Maddison. But the real reason we lost was down to the Manager not making changes much earlier in the misfield area.

Other than Sundeland we've carried him in all the other games. You can't continue to do that especially when you come up against the better teams in this league Enzo should have hauled him off at half time and brought on McAteer. He stands too flat footed and lacks agression, which means he loses that split second advantage you need at this level.

Do you not remember Mahrez, He was a bit special too. Fatawu just needs to improve his final ball.

Agreed, Our real problem is we need another Maddison type player in Midfield, Someone who is comfortable with the Ball at his feet and happy to beat a man instead of always looking to lay it off. Cassadai on the right was too flat footed and he was also partly responsible for the Goal. On a side note, I'm just wondering was there any Sickness in the Squad tonight as we seemed so lack lustred tonight given the importance tonight.

You can't go into big games carrying anyone never mind 3 players. Cassadai and KDH in midfield were awful and Vardy was complete off it tonight. Why did McAteer not get a game. ?
