Early AGM: Your Chance To Change The Foxes Trust
Foxes_Trust replied to Foxes Trust Reform's topic in Leicester City Forum
It is being held at the stadium -
Lisa came in as director in Aug 22. https://www.lcfc.com/news/2692023/lcfc-women-appoint-lisa-pearce-as-director?lang=en We had a positive meeting with her some time back.

Anyone travelling to the West Ham LCWFC game tomorrow, if you had an email this morning it said Fox Travel coaches leave at 9.45am and had a link for more info. Under more info however it said they leave at 8.30. The club have been made aware of the mistake. The women's coaches definitely leave at 9.45am (It's the mens coaches that leave at 8.30am). All women's games available to watch for free this season live on YouTube (and you can watch afterwards if it clashes with men for a while): https://www.youtube.com/@BarclaysWSL

A further two games are on General Sale for fans who may usually struggle to get tickets to see LCFC at the King Power. Foxes Trust and Union FS raised the issue about the non-availability of tickets for General Sale back in January. We're pleased to see that the club is making more tickets available but will continue to push for more. The next two home fixtures against West Ham and Brighton have now gone on general sale. This includes the following numbers of seats being made available: 200 in East; 200 in Kop; 200 in West; 900 in Family; 100 in P&P1. Tell anyone you know who may not have noticed and fancies a game.

Hello all, Lynn here, new Co-Chair of the Trust, a quick personal post from me: Thanks to those that have welcomed us. We may not always get everything right or please everyone all of the time, but we'll do our best to represent Trust members and all LCFC supporters and to have a voice at the club. I'm looking forward to working with all the different supporters groups and hearing as many views as possible from all of you as we push for the new fan engagement framework to truly result in the club listening to fans, to get safe standing implemented before next season and also progress improvements at the Trust. I'd personally like to put my thanks on record to Ian who has given up countless hours to the Trust over the years, all voluntarily, and has often received vitriolic personal abuse and unwarranted accusations. People have not seen how hard he has worked in the background and how he has been instrumental in wanting to move the Trust forward in the last couple of years. As people say above, the more members we have, the stronger our voice is with the club. Be a part of it. For those that do decide to join, or are already members, please put Monday January 13th in your diary. It's our AGM and we want as many members there as possible to hear about the Board's future plans and for you to get involved if you want to. Whilst I'm here, we've popped a letter off today to Ipswich about what seemed like some pretty poor stewarding at Portman Rd, as we'd had lots of complaints from supporters about it. https://foxestrust.co.uk/11262/trust-raises-concerns-about-stewarding I can be contacted on [email protected] if you have any ideas, comments or complaints, and you can find me at men's games in G2, W-118 or at women's games in B1, F-136.

There will always be a place for the Trust on the FAB (it has primacy) however all the individuals serving as the fan reps serve for a 3 year term, so the person serving as the Trust Rep will change accordingly

Rivalries Put Aside for ‘Stop Exploiting Loyalty’ Campaign
Foxes_Trust replied to Foxes_Trust's topic in Leicester City Forum
What a strange interpretation of the post above The FSA campaigns are about fans of many clubs working together for a common objective, no single fans organisation would claim the credit, it’s the strength of all fans groups working together that has the most effect -
Rivalries Put Aside for ‘Stop Exploiting Loyalty’ Campaign
Foxes_Trust replied to Foxes_Trust's topic in Leicester City Forum
Activity took place at many grounds last weekend GALLERY: #StopExploitingLoyalty imagery - Football Supporters' Association We will be alongside Ipswich fans this Saturday Previous FSA campaigns delivered results, such as the Away Ticket Price Cap that remains in place in the Premier League While Fan Groups working closely together quickly saw a reversal of the European Super League proposal, with politicians quick to back the objections having been reminded how many football fans would be voting in elections, hence cross party support, while the FSA continued lobbying is seeing the government adding more into the football governance bill Football Governance Bill launched "to protect clubs and support fans" - Football Supporters' Association -
Leicester City Supporter Groups will put rivalry with Nottingham Forest aside this week to draw attention to the Football Supporters Association (FSA) ‘Stop Exploiting Loyalty’ campaign. Rivalries Put Aside for ‘Stop Exploiting Loyalty’ Campaign – Foxes Trust

LCFC Launches 2024/25 Fan Engagement Plan
Foxes_Trust replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
Yes, the interview phase has now been completed. Our understanding is that the FAB representatives will be announced very soon. The fans reps are currently being consulted about the contents of the announcement by the club. -
Let’s be clear. The Foxes Trust wholeheartedly supports having safe standing at the King Power Stadium…… https://foxestrust.co.uk/11175/foxes-trust-and-safe-standing

LCFC Launches 2024/25 Fan Engagement Plan
Foxes_Trust replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
Your assumptions seem to be based on any delay being solely down to the club which is factually incorrect In terms of the schedule for interviews, the timings were based on the availability of both the candidates and the other interview panel members (all of which had to juggle timings around their full time paid jobs), the club worked around the availability of both. "Would expect" - an exact date has not been finalised and also what is released will be discussed with the 6 FAB fans reps before being published "Swiftly" - the date will be set following checking availability of all that will be part of the FAB, for the first meeting its important that everyone can attend (so its just a normal process for agreeing a meeting date) The Football Supporters Association were part of the interview panel (as previously published) and are happy with the overall recruitment process that was agreed between the Club and the Trust, therefore the FSA don't believe the recruitment process is flawed (as you claim), as the FSA are looking closely at what takes place at all PL clubs regarding Fan Advisory Boards, their views should be taken notice of by all fans. You also seem happy to insult the 104 fellow City fan applicants for an FAB role with "job for the boys" comments and particularly the six who will take on the responsibility before you know who they are. -

FAB - the interview phase for the 3 positions available (from general applications from ST holders/members) is close to completion. So we would expect that the club will announce who the 6 FAB fan representatives are soon, with the date of the first meeting to follow swiftly afterwards (so meeting in October) We always felt the timescales to complete the application/interview process was optimistic -

The reason the club is doing the survey after every game is that they are looking for trends. Then if changes are made in response to the feedback, they can monitor if the survey indicates a positive impact of the change The results of the surveys will be fed into the Fan Engagement Framework, for instance a 90 Minutes session could be called to discuss a particular topic highlighted in the survey results. The results will also be fed into the FCC Working Groups that focus on certain areas and more strategically into the Fans Advisory Board -
Foxes Trust - Special General Meeting request
Foxes_Trust replied to Foxes Trust Reform's topic in Leicester City Forum
Some of our members only want to give their time to write match reports. In the latest members e-newsletter we asked if any members wanted to join the match reporting team, particularly with the membership growth and given the amount of discussions about each game on this forum are surprised no one new has offered to give it a go -

Foxes_Trust replied to Safe Standing Roadshow's topic in Leicester City Forum
The Foxes Trust has always had agreements with other supporters groups about certain areas that they focus on, as an example not arranging away coaches (which some Trusts do) as the OSC do. In terms of safe standing, while it was the Trust who arranged the first demo of the rail seating at The Counting House (this was before UFS was formed) and the club declined to attend, it is clear that UFS had led this campaign for many years and we feel they should gain the main credit when it is introduced, along with our support now we have a clear mandate to do so -

At the AGM referred to above there was a very clear vote in favour of safe standing, so our stance changed. More recently we published our survey results (members and wider fan base) both had a very clear majority in favour and the survey results have been shared with the club. This week.. .. we were represented at the 90 Minutes session on Tuesday night which was publicised as an open session and one of the main topics we raised was safe standing .. UFS posted their latest research which we shared on our social media accounts yesterday We still believe UFS should lead the Safe Standing campaign, but we will actively support them -

LCFC Fans Consultative Committee Meeting 24/07/24 Minutes
Foxes_Trust replied to Foxes_Trust's topic in Leicester City Forum
We certainly weren't blinded by Steve Coppers appearance and while it is genuinely true he wants to engage directly more with fans (as a Trust Board member discussed it directly with him at the open Q & A session the club subsequently ran), we were not aware of his appearance at the FCC until we arrived and our initial reaction was that it would limit the amount of time available to discuss other items given we already knew that a significant amount of time of that evening would be taken up discussing the Fan Engagement Framework, so agree with your point above -

General Sale - the club stated the potential fixtures at the meeting and its in the document released "The Club has provisionally identified the following games: AFC Bournemouth, Crystal Palace, Fulham, Brentford, Southampton." The first of those games is AFC Bournemouth and that goes on general sale on 16 September (unless sold out prior) -
