No it isn't ! We are still seeking a Fan Groups meeting with the club about match ticket prices
-
Both Season Ticket & Match Ticket price increases (plus changes to concession rules - age increase or restrictions like no concessions in selected areas of the ground) are being monitored very closely by the Premier League Network of the Football Supporters Association
-
You could still join the Foxes Trust, many members are not “active” but are kept informed with members updates and show their support by being a member. And we welcome the opinions of members via email at anytime https://foxestrust.co.uk/membership

In terms of not consulting fans on ticket prices, this is a trend seen across a number of PL clubs this year, which is being discussed by fan groups within the FSA with steps being planned. The next step for LCFC Fan Groups is the requested combined meeting with the club. The LCFC Fan Groups will then discuss what to do next depending on the outcome of that meeting

As you keep saying… so since the match ticket prices were announced what would you have done foxinsocks?

We can get strong views across within a conversation without shouting or banging our fists on a table
-
As stated in the linked interview we have spoken to the club since the request was made, with more dialogue expected this week about a number of outstanding issues
-
As the linked interview said, we spoke briefly with the club, but we requested an all fans groups meeting relating directly to match ticket prices about 10 days ago and as of yet we have not been offered a date for that meeting.

This is what a functional Trust can achieve

We are open to change having appointed 6 new members to the Board Subgroups (that would have been 8 had 2 members from FT Reform not turned the positions they were offered down, with those roles in areas the individuals concerned had shown great interest in. The Board Subgroups handle the bulk of the work of the Trust, making recommendations to the full Trust Board for consideration and approval, with the expectation that most recommendations will be approved The Board decided it would be beneficial for every member who has recently stepped forward to be involved initially at subgroup level. Subgroup work provides a good stepping stone to Board positions for those who subsequently desire to take that route, while providing real benefit to the Trust and demonstrating commitment to the work of the Trust. It also allows an assessment of whether the time commitment required works for members. Experience amongst other Trusts, and in the past for the Foxes Trust, has included examples where members found the requirements too great for them to maintain their commitment. -

The Foxes Trust , Union FS and the Official Supporters Club gained some minor wins from the meetings we had with the club following the original Season Ticket & £25 Physical Card Charge announcements Physical Cards were originally free for U12's, this was increased to U18's An extra game was added to number of transfers permitted, originally 4 increased to 5 - however we failed with the request to make the 5 resale & 5 transfer more flexible, as in any combination up to 10 games (this was mainly aimed at the ST's who share an ST & attend roughly half the games each, so they will have had to pay the £25 for a physical card to continue to do this) We questioned at the meetings why the FCC meeting had not taken place ahead of the price announcements as was usually the case, as we feel the club would have had the opportunity to review their plans, as all fan groups share the same opinions. The Fans Advisory Board will be in place before next seasons prices are set, so consultation MUST take place. -
Ahead of the Premier League meeting tomorrow. this article is worth a read, as the writer spoke to fans from each Premier League about VAR, including us LCFC have "noted" our survey results But will the clubs listen when voting ? Fans have their say: Is it time for the Premier League to scrap VAR? | theScore.com

The Foxes Trust always has & always will be ran by the board, not any one individual. In terms of co-opting, the board debated the topic for a considerable amount of time, 8 members had stepped forwards to become more active, the decision we took was to enable all 8 to join Subgroups, with the Subgroups role to recommend policy within their remit, with the anticipation that the full board would back Subgroup proposals in the vast majority of cases. The first meeting with the 6 members who accepted the offer took place on Monday evening and was a very positive session where the skills of the new additions were clearly on display. At this stage we did not feel that to select 2 of the 8 members to be directly co-opted onto the board was the right step, but that all 8 could initially contribute, those that then confirmed that they were still seeking a board position to attend some initial training provided by the Football Supporters Association on the running of Trusts, then the board would re-consider the best use of the 2 co-opted positions available until the annual elections, which take place early next year (with that option having been available every year since formation)

At the last meeting with the club, we asked for the 5 resale + 5 forwarding to become a more flexible 10 between the 2 types, this addresses the issue where 2 people share a season ticket & go to roughly half the games each (this is often due to work patterns fans have or where say 2 family members share a ticket). We even suggested this flexibility was offered for digital cards only - fell on deaf ears Yes a number of other clubs allow complete flexibility and ours is the most restricted in the PL
