Everything posted by Foxes_Trust

  1. The Trust board meets early next week to discuss a wide variety of topics, including planning meetings with the club The Trust will then communicate with its members via an e-newsletter. Not sure what you are referring to with your RL comment ?
  2. Foxes Trust – LCFC Accounts Statement – Foxes Trust
  3. As with every Club/Trust some things raised have been acted upon, some things have been listened to and parked in the long grass and some things have been ignored. The introduction of a Fans Advisory Board (which would have existed this season had we not been relegated, as its a Premier League requirement) will increase the level and scope of required dialogue with the fan base, we have been working with the club on its scope, formation and election process, with details expected to be shared before the summer regardless of which division we will be in.
  4. To correct one claim and be clear, the Trust had 2 seats in the Directors box along with every other shareholder in the Lineker Consortium days and they were occupied by 1) A rota of board members 2) Randomly drawn member for each game Each board member still had their own season ticket back then. Since the Mandaric years that hasn't been the case, so all Trust board members pay for their own seats like every other Leicester fan.
  5. We will be issuing a statement in regards to the accounts
  6. As posted yesterday .. The club have 5 years to COMMENCE the work from the approval of Section 106 which was confirmed Dec 2023
  7. The club have 5 years to COMMENCE the work from the approval of Section 106 which was confirmed Dec 2023
  8. The Trust Board wish to thank those who last night attended the AGM at Seagrave either in person or online..... Foxes Trust AGM – Foxes Trust Having initially contacted all new members who registered prior to the AGM deadline, it will take us a while to fully process your memberships when you will receive your membership certificate and most recent members newsletter We would also like to thank the new members who have joined us since the deadline for attending the AGM was passed, we will make initial contact soon If you haven't already become a Trust member, then Join Us – Membership – Foxes Trust
  9. We don't need to ask. The last set of accounts currently shown at Companies House are for the 21/22 season and they did comply We all await publication of the 22/23 accounts which are due to be made public at the end of March and we will all be able to read them via the Companies House website (the club will issue a statement at that time)
  10. As a reminder any new member applications received after 5pm today will not be able to attend tomorrow nights AGM, but we welcome new members at anytime
  11. We will be processing any new member applications received from late yesterday and during today and those new members will receive e-mail communication about the AGM this evening As a reminder any new member applications received after 5pm today will not be able to attend tomorrow nights AGM, but we welcome new members at anytime
  12. We have met with the club for several years to discuss the annual accounts and it was confirmed today that a meeting will take place next week. The club will publish their accounts and accompany it with a public statement as usual, however the basis of our annual accounts meeting is confidential, so the likelihood of us being able to say anything beyond what has been made public is minimal, we must tread very carefully given the current legal situation, and while we can question & challenge privately, no fans in their thirst for knowledge should want to adversely affect the clubs legal case
  13. The Directors and Senior Management team (who are responsible for the overview of running the club) are detailed on the LCFC website Senior Management | Leicester City (lcfc.com) The club will not divulge individual salaries, not aware of any other football club that does.
  14. If you e-mailed after 16.30pm today, we are just about to start replying to all the e-mails received since that time with details. We haven't published the time on the website/social media because we don't want fans turning up & being refused entry because they aren't registered, those members who have requested online attendance are being sent the relevant link
  15. Foxes Trust Statement on Referral of Leicester City FC for Alleged Breaches of Profitability and Sustainability Rules – Foxes Trust
  16. We have now e-mailed all new members (except for a couple who have joined within the last half hour), thanks to those who have already confirmed their AGM attendance in person or online, the deadline to register is as previously advised above
  17. Thanks to all the posters on here who have joined the Foxes Trust over the last 48 hours. It does take sometime to process memberships onto our database and follow our standard new member process and this will not be completed prior to our AGM 2 of the new members stated they wanted to attend the AGM online and they will receive an e-mail shortly. Any other new members who want to attend the AGM in person or online, please e-mail [email protected] and you will then receive e-mail instructions We need to close the registration to attend the AGM by 5pm Sunday 24th, as we need to supply a full list of physical attendees to the club, as this will be checked at the gatehouse at Seagrave (anyone not on the registered list will not gain access)
  18. As we have previously posted on here We are currently monitoring all the statements being made from all parties, not only in our case but PSR breaches at other clubs (such as the Everton FAB statement) We had some dialogue with the club following the EFL statement and will have further dialogue very soon, however given the legal nature of the current scenario, we have to be very careful in our approach, on the one hand questioning/challenging the club, but at the same time not stating anything publicly which could harm our clubs position.
  19. If you took advantage of the General Sale tickets at any of the previous games, you can now buy tickets for the Norwich game Supporters with a minimum of 1 Home or Away Priority Point** | 21 March
  20. If you have been to a previous game, you can now get a ticket for Norwich as of yesterday So anyone who bought a General Sale ticket for the first time this season for the recent games can now get a ticket Supporters with a minimum of 1 Home or Away Priority Point** | 21 March
  21. We are currently monitoring all the statements being made from all parties, not only in our case but PSR breaches at other clubs (such as the Everton FAB statement today) We had some dialogue with the club following the EFL statement and will have further dialogue very soon, however given the legal nature of the current scenario, we have to be very careful in our approach, on the one hand questioning/challenging the club, but at the same time not stating anything publicly which could harm our clubs position.
  22. The Foxes Trust is open for any LCFC fan to join Join Us – Membership – Foxes Trust We welcome new members and the Trust board will discuss any suggestions put forward by members to them We are a democratic organisation and ran under the rules published on our website, holding annual elections with board members retiring and re-standing (if they wish) by rotation. As per the initial post, as a result of the Fan Led Review, an Independent Regulator will be soon approved through Parliament and we have been in discussions with the club for over a year now on the formation of a Fans Advisory Board (which under Premier League rules would have already been formed during the 22/23 season had we not got relegated). Our proposals for the areas that should be covered by the Fans Advisory Board were broadly accepted by the club and we are currently awaiting feedback from the club on our proposal for the election process, which we hope is agreed and published soon. A broad outline on the discussions on the Fans Advisor Board was presented to the FCC meeting in December (where all Fans Groups were represented)
  23. All politicians will look towards the introduction of the Independent Football Regulator as the method to address any football issues.
  24. In terms of the finances, we meet with the Finance Director just before the annual accounts are made public to go through them & raise questions, so this will be towards the end of March covering the accounts for 22/23 season which run up to June 30th 2023. This has been the annual practice for several years now, albeit the timings have changed (meeting used to be end of Feb with accounts running to May 31st, the adjustment to the timing period was registered at Companies House last April) However this discussion is confidential, so you are correct that we cannot reveal anything learnt in addition to that published (either via a club statement or on public record at Companies House)
  25. The Foxes Trust is supporting the FSA by encouraging any LCFC fans who uses the train to travel to LCFC fixtures (Away or at Home) to complete a small survey Rail industry seeks fans’ views on train travel – Foxes Trust
