  1. The Trust was lobbying for the amount of permitted transfers to be higher than 5 last summer, if you would like to message us directly on here or e-mail [email protected] we would like to discuss this further with you
  2. Ryan - it is dis-appointing you think that because it isn't the case The statements (about tickets & safe standing) were drafted & discussed by the team of FAB fan reps, several versions were generated before the final versions were agreed and sent to the club, the club published them without alteration. We hoped the tone would be notably different to club written comms (for instance references to negative reactions to previous club decisions) Ian
  3. The consultation also included feedback that some of the safe standing should be made available to non ST holders, the clubs published piece states: We’ll confirm the number of safe standing spaces immediately available for relocation (as well as any being reserved for Matchday Tickets) on Friday 18 April, once those relocating out have had the opportunity to do so. If a ballot is needed, you’ll be entered into it and we’ll contact you to let you know if you’ve been successful by 5pm on 23 April..
  4. The Trust welcomes today’s news that the Club has, in line with the request made by us in an Open Letter on February 27th, frozen season ticket prices for next season. In a time where many clubs have continued to hike prices for loyal fans, freezing prices for Leicester City fans is a welcome step. Whilst the division our football club is to play in next season is yet to be confirmed, freezing prices ensures that fans either continue to see either Premier League football at the same prices as this season or an additional 4 fixtures should relegation to The Championship be our fate. Match day pricing for next season has yet to be announced by the Club and we hope the club will heed the advice in our Open Letter to consult fan groups before determining this. To be clear: we are calling for freezes in match day ticket prices as a bare minimum should the club remain in the Premier League, and reductions should the club find itself in The Championship for next season. Prices for individual tickets are already drastically out of proportion to per-game season ticket costs, and many of our supporters cannot commit to a season ticket or obtain one due to limited supply. These supporters should not be punished with extortionate pricing for the games that they are able to attend. Sensible pricing is the gateway to new and younger supporters becoming the future regulars at the KP and will also help to boost attendance at some of the less popular fixtures. Leicester City has the chance to show supporters how much it appreciates them with match day pricing for the 2025/26 season, we call on them to do the right thing. 5. It was interesting to read Jon's observations on social media about what was happening with our club on safe standing this season “Good to see a club giving fans the chance to see a selection of different safe standing options and feed their thoughts into the decision-making process. Can't think of any other club that has gone to such lengths to get supporters' views in advance of making a final decision.” Total contrast to that display at the Counting House all those years ago, when the club refused to send a representative. (Jon sent invites & the Trust asked for someone to attend)
  6. The logic has been driven by several factors with the results of the survey being one of the key ones. The largest amount of safe standing positions have been created where the largest demand was indicated in the survey However within the survey results there were fans in SK1 that still wanted to sit The numbers in SK2 - SK4 who wanted to stand was quite low and nothing like the numbers in L1 However only 1,850 fans completed the survey, the club publicised the survey in many different ways and we posted on here encouraging posters to complete the survey. If the response level had been much higher with fans stating they wanted to stand, then more safe standing positions would have been introduced this summer. The actual demand experienced over the coming weeks will determine if any area is further expanded for 26/27 (subject to sight lines) The club hope they can facilitate swaps of ST holders who want to sit and move down to a seated area, with someone moving in the opposite direction who now wants to stand within the same block
  7. The Foxes Trust is looking to raise £1000 towards YMCALeicestershire’s Sleep Easy event at the King Power Stadium. Sleep rough so others don’t have to…. Foxes Trust Board members Harry Gregory and Lynn Wyeth are taking part on behalf of the Trust next week and need your support! Foxes Trust to Support Sleep Easy 2025 – Foxes Trust
  8. As Global Fox posted above, as they attended the meeting and gave more of the background behind the majority at the meeting being in favour of random of random ID checks. With over 50 fans attending, with 2 Foxes Trust representatives present, we can confirm that neither of them raised the topic. Equally, Graham from Foxes Pride did not attend the meeting and the topic of away priority points revisions has not been discussed at Fans Advisory Board level yet, the findings of the 90 Minutes session will be discussed next at the Fans Consultative Committee at the end of April and then the Fans Advisory Board in May.
  9. The Foxes Trust would be interested in receiving a copy too [email protected]
  10. Last month the club ran a 90 Minutes Session to review the current away priority points system, which has run for many years, and discuss ideas around potential revisions... https://foxestrust.co.uk/.../your-90-minutes-session...
  11. Trust Co-Chair, Lynn Wyeth, talked to the Leicester Til I Die podcast last night about some of the current work of the Trust. Topics covered also included: Protests and Project Reset Having a voice at the table Relationships with the club Challenges of representing all fans The Women’s Game You can watch the video HERE
  12. It's 4 now, as West Ham announced a freeze today and have also backtracked on removing concessions, so a real win for the fan groups involved.
  13. While on the membership scheme has been discussed at the last Fans Consultative Committee Working Group (we linked the minutes on another topic but are re-linked below LCFC Fans Consultative Committee Working Group Meeting Minutes 22/01/25 – Foxes Trust
  14. We are ! • The Trust is calling on the Club to return to the ticket pricing structure used for the 2023/24 season, if it transpires that the club is relegated to the Championship.
  15. The Trust has issued an open letter to LCFC. Making tickets affordable and attainable will help build the next generation of supporters. Further details of the Trust's calls and a link to a copy of the letter sent to the club available.... Trust Calls for Ticket Price Freeze – Foxes Trust
  16. Now available LCFC Fans Consultative Committee Working Group Meeting Minutes 22/01/25 – Foxes Trust
  17. All Fan Advisory Boards have some sort of written signed agreement in place (NDA, Confidentiality Agreement or other named document, but basically the same thing), it is not unique to LCFC. Minutes of the FAB scheduled meeting minutes are being published, similarly Fans Consultative Committee Working group minutes, which we are making fans aware of upon publication, as they are fairly hidden on the clubs website and no notification is sent out by the club of their publication. It is detailed in the last set of FAB minutes that more visibility is required.
  18. All FAB fan representatives have individually signed an NDA. The Foxes Trust as an organisation does not have a formal signed NDA with the club, but the Trust Co Chairs are honouring the basis of the FAB confidentiality during the current series of meetings with the FAB as indicated in our article Foxes Trust in Dialogue with LCFC – Foxes Trust Mr Bason is an elected official of the Trust, as are all board members not identified as co-opted on our website
  19. Making progress, but only a success once its all agreed and in place
  20. Interesting that you highlighted the Super League campaign and the impact it had on the parliamentary Fan Led Review. (FLR) The Foxes Trust were heavily involved in that campaign at the outset, the protests were focused on the big clubs initially because it was fans of those potentially joining the Super League that needed to demonstrate they didn’t want it, but it was a very co-ordinated campaign across all FSA affiliated fan groups. As the FLR progressed, the Foxes Trust lobbied local MP’s, met with a good number of them & Bason gave evidence to the enquiry panel and made direct reference to the lip service during the Mandaric era.
  21. The minutes shared only detail the terms of office for the chair/co-chair roles. The document that states the FAB fan reps will serve for a 3 year term isn’t on the club website, so there isn’t a club link we can share, but it is factual.
  22. As an Affiliate Member of the FSA, we can discuss with their experts. There have been a number of second or third hand reports of our fans believing bans have been heavy handed, to scrutinise this more closely we need direct examples from those affected. We are very high up the table of the number of fans with current bans which is concerning on many levels. We have also been in discussions for sometime with the club about having fan representation on the appeals committee.
  23. The Foxes Trust would ask any fans that have been banned in such circumstances (holding an opinion that isn't inline with the clubs, voicing an opinion and questioning the establishment in the right ways) to contact us.
  24. It’s the same for every Fans Advisory Board in the Premier League, the published minutes detail an overview of discussions, but not the full details.
  25. Minutes of the scheduled FAB meetings are published, the minutes of the second meeting are below https://assets.ctfassets.net/0wcpt07qzvlh/4ee2OaWdzan9smO3ggow3I/8a18a6de1a43ac9b067f5e3f8d6cf0f2/FAB_Meeting_2_Notes.pdf There will always be elements of each meeting that will remain confidential. The current set of recent meetings are unscheduled, with the initial meeting held at the request of the FAB fan reps and as the Trust had also requested a meeting, the Trust Co-Chairs & the FAB fan reps met the club together. This has now turned into a series of meetings at the clubs request. The next formal FAB meeting will be held on Weds March 5th, with minutes subsequently published. The minutes are fairly hard to find on the clubs website, therefore the Trust posts a website article, on social media & message boards when each set of minutes are published
