  1. As we mentioned in the article, this was the last Fans Consultative Committee in its current format. The Fan Engagement Framework document which was enclosed in the article gives an overview of the new structure, each Fans Group will be represented across the 3 FCC Working Groups with the addition of the LCFC Women's Supporters Club. as well as Foxes Trust, Union FS, Official Supporters Club, Foxes Pride & DSA), outside of that representation, those involved will be refreshed. With a member of the Fans Advisory Board chairing each of the FCC Working Group sessions.
  2. We did chase the club for them to be issued, as has been the case in the past and have requested more timely release of information following any meetings as part of the new Fan Engagement Framework
  3. The minutes are written by the club, just give an overview, so do not reflect many of the reactions from FCC members. As an example the "Sticking to" the limit of 5 games maximum for transfer of season tickets to another registered person, one FCC member gave the example of family sharing which had always taken place for most of their supporting life. We repeated the view that Digital Ticket uptake will not significantly improve until the number of permitted shared games is significantly improved to around half the games. Some clubs permit unlimited ticket sharing, however this is at clubs where digital tickets are mandatory. The number of matches that could be shared was increased from 4 to 5 following the initial meeting with Fan Groups about the £25 charge and we continued to push for the sharing number to be increased at the second Fan Groups meeting with the club. To confirm, when sharing, the other person has to be registered on the LCFC database, but does not need to be an LCFC member
  4. The Foxes Trust Board are pleased to announce the co-option of Paul Rains to the Trust Board from the end of September..... Trust Announce Board Addition – Foxes Trust
  5. Our club has recently circulated the minutes of the Fans Consultative Committee Meeting (FCC) held on Wednesday 24th July.. LCFC Fans Consultative Committee Meeting 24/07/24 Minutes – Foxes Trust
  6. The members we have met previously in regards to the above, also made the following requests on August 19th 3) The chance to re-consider our involvement with the Trust’s working groups We responded positively with ... Yes, having completed the Skills Assessment, we are happy for the two of you to take up the offer of Board Subgroup roles as previously made. With the main initial survey now completed and results about to be released, and the Fan Engagement Framework/Fans Advisory Board plans now launched, our priority would be to add one of you to the Comms Subgroup where there is plenty to do and is by far the most active subgroup week by week. If you do agree to join the Board Subgroups, we would also encourage you to attend the FSA training sessions ahead of the elections So far this re-confirmed offer has not been taken up, which still baffles the Trust board and all the new Board Subgroup members who took up the offer originally in May, all of whom have contributed positively to the Trust since that time. with many of them undergoing the FSA Training. 4) How the Trust can operate in a more agile manner We have asked initially for some more details via e-mail and we can then determine the most appropriate people from the main board/sub-groups to then meet and discuss further, but so far there has been a refusal to provide any written details, which we feel is a perfectly reasonable request, rather than involving board members who aren't involved in the relevant processes.
  7. We hope that supporters can now look forward to a season where our final position for the 2024/25 season will be determined by sporting capability rather than the lottery of a possible points deduction. It is our understanding that.... Decision by the Appeal Board brings huge relief for Leicester City fans – Foxes Trust
  8. The initial analysis of the Trust’s survey doesn’t make very good reading for the club.... Foxes Trust Survey Results – Foxes Trust
  9. The Foxes Trust will continue to push for tickets to go on General Sale this season, with potential Premier League games being identified but recognises there will be few games that match tickets don’t sell out to LCFC Members. Therefore, this Tuesday’s Carabao Cup Game versus Tranmere offers the chance for any City fan who usually can’t access match tickets to go to a game. Last season saw a number of fans attend their first ever LCFC game with the FA Cup tie against Birmingham, and we hope that some will take the opportunity this week to have that experience, particularly as the prices are also set a sensible level
  10. The deadline is looming for supporters to apply to be on the club’s new Fan Advisory Board (FAB). How to apply to join the FAB is detailed within the club’s statement which is available with other relevant documents via the article link below The application process closes at 5pm on Tuesday 20 August 2024. Last Few Days to Apply for the FAB – Foxes Trust
  11. Foxes Trust representative, Steve Moulds, attended the Professional Game Match Officials Limited (PGMOL) pre-season briefing and can update supporters on the changes we can expect to see on the field this season. CLEAR | DELIBERATE | IMPACTFUL? – Foxes Trust
  12. As the new season begins, instead of being excited and optimistic about what the Premier League may bring after a celebratory return, many Leicester fans are unhappy. Apprehensive. Worried. Frustrated....... We’ve Defied the Odds Before. Get Behind the Lads – Foxes Trust
  13. As part of the new Fan Engagement Framework, the club has re-started it’s ‘Your 90 minutes’ sessions for fans to come and give their views to the club on various topics Here is a summary of the session Fans have their say on poor atmosphere and poor food and drink at ‘Your 90 Minutes’ – Foxes Trust
  14. LCFC have announced its Fan Engagement Plan. Despite the club showing a willingness to work with The Foxes Trust to develop the plan, their recent actions in finalising the details mean that whilst we back the overall framework, we do have concerns about the Terms of Reference and Code of Conduct........ LCFC Fan Engagement – Foxes Trust
  15. Just a reminder to complete the survey if you haven't already The results will be shared with all fans and the club
  16. We have usually carried out end of season surveys for Trust members only (hence the title) however the title is of least importance. We have been lobbied by new members to widen surveys to all fans, so we have opened this survey to all LCFC fans, but are running 2 versions so we can compare the results of the members survey with the wider fan base Any fan who posts on message boards has opinions, so give us yours by completing the survey on the link above
  17. We have raised this issue at meetings with the club and it was raised again at the FCC meeting last week. We made the point a ticket shared between family members has always taken place and digital ticket uptake will only improve when ST’s are permitted to share their ticket with a nominated person (so still means the club knows who has attended, which is one of the main reasons the PL are pushing the digital ticket agenda) for 50% of games.
  18. In terms of Q16, these are all areas that have been discussed with the club as being within the remit of the FAB. We are interested in what fans completing the survey feel are their top priorities, but that does not mean the Trust would regard EDI as not important should the results produced show it as lower down the list. EDI will certainly one area being considered relating to the make up of the FAB and in terms of diversity, that would also include the ages represented too. If readers of this post haven't completed the survey as yet, please click on the link now and give your views (if a Trust member, please access the members survey via the email we have sent to you)
  19. We have tried different styles of questions on this survey Free keying answers are incredibly difficult to analyse, so we tried to capture the diverse opinions that fans had previously expressed on those topics and then see which of those perceptions are most commonly held as most significant
  20. The end of season survey has been sent to Foxes Trust members by email today, if you are a member, please take the survey following the link provided via e-mail We also want to hear the views of supporters that are not members of the Trust too. Please let us know your thoughts by completing it before 5th August. Have your say here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/3MJ7X3Y
  21. Yes, that is a view we shared when the option was made, its a topic we won't forget when the discussions get underway again
  22. Its a long while since we had any conservations on the stadium expansion, but we did raise the fact that the bricks in the East Stand would need re-locating, one option was that they would be in a wall on the inside, but we will pick this up again. The stadium expansion will come under the Fans Advisory Board once that is launched
  23. The club doesn't have a club chaplain currently
  24. There are many images inside the stadium, but few fans see them unless they take a stadium tour. Heritage is one of many aspects that the new Fans Advisory Board will have in its remit, so lack of recognition of our past outside the stadium will be discussed. The Foxes Trust has always wanted a physical museum created, this is in the plans of the expanded development when that eventually goes ahead
  25. We raised the topic of the remembrance service as an agenda item at the FCC meeting tonight The club confirmed that last seasons was cancelled due to Birch having a health issue at that time and this years service will be held in September, date yet to be finalised. The club stated it will be publishing more detailed minutes than in the past of tonight's FCC meeting
