3-0 Mead. Howard with another poor pass to give up possession.
-
2-0 Russo. Poor clearance from Howard to set up the chance.

FA Player is sweet FA Player at the moment.

At the end of the interview just now, Coady thanked all the TV crew, not just the interviewer. Small thing, but it speaks volumes about him.

Don Goodman

He's also not on comms for this one.

Sort of the same for me, except I sometimes use an anagram of it. Luckily I didn't go with the alternative today, that would have been annoying!

Other examples of dodgy shenanigans… Man Utd didn’t have a senior team, they were offered a direct place in the top flight if they formed one. They chose to go into the Championship instead which still bypassed 5 levels. In 2017/18 Loughborough Foxes won the FA National League Midlands Division (the 4th level of the women’s game) with a record of 21 wins, 1 draw, 0 defeats. They were promoted one level as you’d expect. Meanwhile Sheffield United who finished 18 points behind in 3rd in a division with only 2 promotion spots were promoted 2 levels to the Championship.

I've mentioned before that the even stranger thing is that the two semi-finals I've attended were at neutral grounds so they've actually chosen to go this way instead. Bizarre.

Achilles not ACL

I watch women's football as a neutral and I'm not hearing anything wrong. Other than Gilly Flaherty's voice and mangling of the language.
-
It really isn't.
-
Not Josie Green's first mistake. No idea why Flaherty is praising her so much.

My little brain is struggling with the concept of wanting the team in blue to lose!

I wonder if Villa will choose to move on from Carla Ward at the end of the season. If so, she could be a decent option for Leicester.
-
I got that initially but it was ok just after kick off.
-
Better team selection than last week I'd say.

No business is entirely open with their customers. Football supporters have an emotional attachment which leads them to believe they should be told everything, but there is no reason why they should be. I know it's a strange thing to say on a forum, but football is just a game and it really isn't important or worth over-thinking. What will happen will happen. I never realised I was so zen until I typed that!

Leicester fans seem to love a conspiracy theory. The referee is biased, the co-commentator hates us, the authorities want us to fail, the club are trying to hide something. There are employment laws they need to follow. They'll also have been seeking evidence from all parties, checking contracts and probably canvassing senior players as well, then deliberating over the findings with all the decision makers. It seems likely Kirk will be dismissed - if he was going to be exonerated it would probably have happened by now - but the club still need to follow protocol to avoid issues down the line. It will take as long as it takes and at this point in the season it doesn't really matter how long that is, as long as it's done before the window opens - they are safe from relegation and have almost certainly got as far as they can in the cup. The next appointment, assuming it comes to that, will be crucial and will give a clue as to how ambitious the club really are.

Ultimately a tale of two keepers.

This game is such a mess.

Nat Lofthouse lives.

Momiki is so good.

Typical of Leicester this season, they've looked dangerous to the opposition when attacking and a danger to themselves when defending. Slightly odd team selection. Glad to see Rose get a start but they're not really playing to her strengths.

Looks now like BBC Breakfast actually meant BBC Radio 5 Live Breakfast, rather than TV.
