I really don't know why people have decided that Enzo has asked to leave or is looking to force a move away? Whilst this is possible all we have at the moment is the normal media circus. Everytime anyone is linked anywhere journalists say X would be keen to move their even if they have no idea because it is a safe bet and gets them clicks. Of course he is probably being considered but that is all we know nothing more there is no suggestion he hs trying to force anything other than the usual hysterics on here and on twitter

No I agree don't think it would lead to an exodus as such but very much could lead to some players not performing as well/ not being as inspired to play to their best. Although on the other hand this can work both ways some players might prefer a new manager and it might increase their performance but this is a big risk especially seeing how highly a number of our players have spoke of maresca

If you are at work and have a manager that you get on with and work well with you will be more productive than if that manager leaves and is replaced with someone who you don't work as well with this happens in all walks of life not just football

First half we were looked much better 2nd half. Also it took a team who are currently 7th and could still finish 6th in the prem us going down to 10 men to beat us as far as I'm concerned that is working fine could it be better? yes. Was it good enough? also yes

I agree with most of this only bit that is wrong is Morgan was actually one of the quickest players in the league over 40-50m he had pace just not over a huge distance

I think we have shown positive signs of rebuilding that recruitment team though. Its not at the level it was yet but Glover has shown he is capable. Glover was definitely responsible for finding fatawu and if he was involved in a few others as well e.g. mavididi, Winks (I know he was well known but alot of people had written him off) hermanson. The signs are positive

There are multiple interviews even from the players that hecused saying he hardly ever spoke to them. Others that have said he just constantly straight up lied to them telling them they would be involved blocking moves then never including them in the squad. If you think that is good management in any form I don't know what to say. My criticism is nothing to do with how he spoke and it is you and others that have brought that up not me
