I was fairly sure I had seen him reference attending the stadium and celebrating in front of the area that he used to sit as a kid, I can't immediately find these but pretty sure I remember this being said and I think if you regularly attend games of a team you are a fan even if you also support another team as well. I agree it wouldn't change his career decisions if a big six team came in for him but di think it does make other moves less likely Maybe I'm a bit too trusting but when I see things like this I read them as him being a fan although he dosent specifically use that word
-
Except he has said different multiple times, especially in this situation it is possible to have soft spots for more than one club wanting man u to do well whilst at the same time supporting leicester
-
He has said in multiple interviews that as a kid he did enjoy watching man united as alot of people around that time did, he also had a season ticket for lcfc from a young age both can be true, lots of kids liked man u at that time
-
No it's not, it's well documented he supports lcfc stop spouting nonsense
-
They do not bring shame stop with these stupid comments if you are that bothered about what fans of other clubs have to say you need to get a grip. If it wasn't the clappers they would just make fun of something else. What the clappers fo is get people who wouldn't normally join in the atmosphere to join in and that can only be a good thing IMO. That being said there are arguments against them that do make sense such as enviromental/cost but I don't think that they outweigh getting people involved that wouldn't normally at the moment

I've been quite negative about Cooper and didn't want to see him appointed. However now he is her lets look at the positives: He has a good track record with youth and we have some very strong young players Alves, Braybrooke, Nelson Players and fans seem to like him and get on with him well and he seems to have had a good positive connection with fans at all the places he has been which means a better atmosphere around the club
-
Yes we/ I definitely would but my point is being liked at another team dosent me you are a good appointment.
-
Leicester fans including me still love Nigel Pearson, I don’t see that being a reason for other teams to rush to sign him as manager
-
His wasn’t good we were just shit
-
I stated a couple of weeks ago when Cooper was first linked that I would rather have Big Sam than Cooper I still think this. Cooper has not impressed and his re Ord with Forest despite them spending over £100 million was abysmal. Despite that if he is hired I will back him but If we don't get some good results early on I think we will be in trouble and I will be quickly calling for him to go. I am not happy at all with this backwards uninspiring appointment
-
Cooper is crap and if we appoint him we are as good as relegated already
-
Cooper would be an absolute disaster and I hope us fans show our anger at the appointment
-
Enzo will be sacked by the time we play chealsea 🤣
-
Yes and that is a fair point it's just the original post that I responded too claimed we could get a better player
-
Yes so we are just magically going to get a better player than KDH for 10-15 m? That's just not going to happen
-
If it only balences us we will still be tight on ffp next yer and won't have 40+ million to spend on one player
-
This mythical replacement that we are going to get with the next to no money we will have to spend that may or may not work out, or keep someone who we know is good probably worth 10 points to the club and loves the club

He is director of football he is in charge of the footballing side of the club. Martin Glover is not at the same level as Rudkin as head of recruitment he will report to Jon Rudkin as director of football. Whealan is in charge of the operations side of the club which yes in recent years have also had huge issues and there is warranted criticisms that she should face however she is not in charge of the footballing side of the club as director of football that role lies with Rudkin. Top is the owner so ultimately it is up to him to hire the fire the people who run the club on a day to day basis. Whether he deserves criticism for not changing these people when there are obvious issues is up to everyone's oppionion but I definitely think some of the criticism is warented. However as far as day to day running of the club goes that is not what Top will be involved with.
-
I have no insight into what Rudkin does however as his Job title is director of football that means that day to day operations in the footballing side of the club. Which means that when it comes to footballing decisions such as which manager to appoint, player trading, the coaching scouting and physio team the buck stops with him.
-
Whilst he obviously didn't do well at Chealsea I think it is harsh to say he flopped. He wasn't given much time at all with a owner who wanted to control everything whilst he was trying to implement a new style of football
-
Yes he is so good at copy and pasting he did it 2 hours before Percy published his article Edit: read your post wrong thought you were saying tanner coppied Percy not the other way round
-
Maybe he wants to manage in England?
-
Andy King will be the next former LCFC player to become a manager. Depending on how successful he is I could see him wanting to manage LCFC in the future
-
Why not make them a charity game?
