No one is above the club. The players out there should be playing based on skill and being the best 11. He's no different to any other player. If hes not scoring or assisting, then bench him and give someone a chance

Why didn't he do this: Spend some money on January buying new players, fall foul of the PSR crap. Then in the summer he could have sold mads for a pretty penny - balance some of the books and we could still be in the prem. Doing nothing is gonna cost him his job
