This game has has no positives for us whatsoever.

The MON team was limited at times but had incredible fight and character which saw us through a lot of tough games. It's hard to out football Man City etc , but you have to have to find ways to unsettle them. That's what Dyche hasdone with Burnley

Don't get the Burnley play boring football comments. They play to their strengths and give everybody a very hard game. Team and manager of the season for me. With a bigger budget and better squad Dyche could get City firing. Don't think he'd come to us though and wouldnt blame him.

I too live in a place which has a large black and asian population. A very high proportion of these follow liverpool who are of a similar age to me. One of the main reasons for them supporting them is to do with John Barnes , who was an iconic figure back them and they felt represented black people, and Nothing whatsoever to do with Liverpool being kings of Europe at the time. Non of them however supported Watford, where Barnes was signed from,(for those that didn't know) or West Brom who had a fantastic team with many black players at the time. Funny that?
