1) VAR not to be used for offside at all. 2) Clear and obvious errors. The VAR bods have 20 seconds max to review. In that time clear and obvious should be welI, obvious. This would mean players could start celebrating goals again and fans would not be hanging around for minutes waiting.

You were expecting 17 shots and 4 goals? Going toe to toe with the best team in the country by a mile (due to their billions) and giving them almost nothing. Not too shabby.

Considering this is the season from hell in terms of freqency of games and sheer numbers of injuries, and the team (like every other team except City Dhabi) is looking knackered that was a good point. United drawing with a rubbish Palace when they have no injuries to speak of shows how everyone is flagging in terms of quality of football and intensity.

This. One team affects how the other team plays. They have quality players who dont give you a moment on the ball. They were not league champions last year by accident. But we dug in and rode the storm and actually gave them very little, and had the better chances. It took one moment of genius to actually get a goal against us. Just because we weren't pinging it around like Brazil doesn't mean we played badly. It is just a different way of playing.
