In other news, I know a STH at Arsenal who told me that you now have to attend a minimum amount of games per season, or you won't be able to renew next season.
Just had a look at what Arsenal do and tbf if you transfer the ticket to someone else or list it for sale on their ticket exchange that counts as you utilising the season ticket.
Looks like a few clubs operate like that in the premier league these days.

Commentators on RL mentioned there where a few empty seats today (was that the case ?)Find it annoying if people are buying tickets and not going just to keep their points up, as I and many others would love the chance of going. How
It was the same at Huddersfield around me. It was weird considering it was advertised as ‘sold out’.

Their support was none existent. We are levels above them atmosphere wise at home.
Agreed. Put it this way. I’d happily play them away from home every week.

Tbh I think the Red Leicester sausage rolls served at the KP are decent on the rare occasions they’ve not been incinerated to a lump of coal.

Yesterday ??
Definitely were a handful of arrests of Leicester fans yesterday.
As always it’s the tiny minority that ruin it for the majority but there was a group not far behind me waiting to get in that were an embarrassment. Not even sure they were city fans to be honest, just seemed to be there to be as antagonistic as possible. Thankfully I’ve always found that sort of behaviour relatively rare in our away ends but if the club are aware of more of the type of stuff I saw yesterday I can see why they tried something to root it out.

Anyone noticed they’re charging £27 per ticket + booking fee for an adult but it’s advertised as £25 plus booking fee?

I’d offer any amount of cash to keep us in the premier league…
only to miss the payment deadline by 14 seconds.

Wish I could be as optimistic...
We've just played the worst 2 teams in the league and made them look much better than us. Even if we beat Fulham who are far better than those we then need points from Liverpool or Newcastle.
We’re still in serious trouble. But if you’d have offered us this position going into the final 4 games a few weeks ago I imagine most would have snapped your hand off.
If we beat Fulham (a big if admittedly) we won’t need points from Newcastle or Liverpool. They’d be bonus points. 35 points with our GD should be enough so 3 points at Fulham would mean a win on the final home game would be enough. As I say, if we can’t do that we don’t deserve to be in the league.

Doubting myself but I don’t feel as negative as many on here clearly do. We’re up to 16th with a much superior goal difference. Leaves us in the best position out of the bottom 5.
The task is simple: match the points of 3 of the 4 sides below us. Easier said than done yes but if we can’t do that we don’t deserve to stay in the league.
Let’s stay positive and go to Fulham who hopefully will have a foot on the beach.-

Huge 45 minutes incoming. Come on Leicester!!!

Need to remain positive. We’re ahead going into the second half. Hopefully Maddison uses that pen miss to go and get a goal in the second half.

Reckon Leeds losing is important for us psychologically more than anything. A loss for Leeds today would mean we’d only need a point to go up to 16th. I know we probably will need 3 points realistically but I reckon it would change the mentality.

Safe to say that if you’re a member and have been going to a few games for a couple of years you’ll get a ST this year if you want one!

Spurs even doing their best to bottle this.

Pretty much exactly half of the initial allocation remains. This makes members comfortably and there will still be 100s left to slowly trickle away.
Cheers for the update. Useful to know. Living a few miles from elland road as a member I’m hoping it makes it to Monday 🤞

ID check.
Not a new ground for most.
8pm midweek kick off.
Poor run of results.
Kind of expecting (selfishly hoping) it to make members to be honest.

The system they have at the moment is the fairest way possible of allocating season tickets. As mentioned above it would be more unfair on those with a higher number of points missing out because someone with the same points applied with someone on only a few points.
They’ll always be disappointed people in any ballot but I genuinely can’t think of a fairer way than the current system.
-
As someone that gets to 7 or 8 home games a year and has been very happy with a membership over the last few years, it’s a bit of a kick in the teeth.
The new match day pricing means I’m contemplating applying for a season ticket as it’ll be very little extra in cost per season, even though it’ll leave an empty seat for over half the games. Especially given you can sell 3 games back and membership fees are usually around £40/50. It’s madness really.

A point was a fair result in the end. Feels worse because we were leading and the flukey nature of the goal we conceded. Also the ref bottled a red card and a pen.
BUT…the important bit is 11 points clear of third with 22 games to go.
