  1. No worries! Hope it get's an airing
  2. It's actually been taken from here!
  3. 'We're all having a party, when Tottenham f* cked it up!'
  4. Considering that we only won the title (by 10 points) due to the fact that none of the big teams turned up last season, this season only Chelsea and Spurs can eclipse our final points total of 81. So not all that shabby in the end unless the big boys are all taking a multiple season vacation...
  5. Like this as an idea - original and nothing else like it from other clubs. Oh his name's Riyad, The best we've ever had, The best we've ever had, Defenders nightmare, he's supreme, Flies past them like a dream, Cuts inside, it would seem, As though he's magical...
  6. Just had the thought that we've now lost a large portion of our songbook over recent months, with Ranieri taking his chant with him, along with taking us to Europe, Under the lights not being relevant/up to date, we lost all of the new variations of we're on our way last night and we need an update to the end of Leicester boys are we. I feel like there have been lots of good suggestions in this thread that need some support in going, but pretty soon we will find ourselves no longer the champions of England, and we are no longer in the Champions League, and it would be good to rebuild our songbook, particularly with songs looking back over two incredible seasons of memories. I realise I can't say all of the above without contributing myself - so here's a suggested update to On Wednesday nights: On Wednesday nights, under the lights, We'll be in Porto, we'll be in Brugge, In Copenhagen, it will not faze us, As we go, and follow the blues. On Wednesday nights, under the lights, We've traveled Europe, living the dream, Madrid, Sevilla, you'll always see us, As we go, and follow our team.
  7. What an odd story. Hard to follow whether the journo hates us or admires us at times. Personal favourite part:
  8. Everybody said we'd fail, No-one said we had a chance, We're about to prove them wrong again. Na na na na na na na na na na na, Leicester's on our way, on our way, on our way to Cardiff, Na na na na na na na na na na na, Leicester's on our way, on our way, on our way to Cardiff. Ruin the co-efficient, Embarrass the Premier League, Look how wrong the doubters were again. Na na na na na na na na na na na, Leicester's on our way, on our way, on our way to Cardiff, Na na na na na na na na na na na, Leicester's on our way, on our way, on our way to Cardiff.
  9. We're on our way, we're on our way, To the last 8, we're on or way. How did we get there, it's not clear, Follow the boys and Craig Shakespeare, Pack your bags cause Leicester's on their way! Repeat
  10. I think the main issue people may have with your posts is that if you don't like it, you don't have to use it. I can't see a situation in my lifetime where entire football stadiums are turned into safe standing. At an early stage this would just be sections. At present, you have a choice as to whether or not to sit or stand, and you choose to sit. You can still do this with the introduction of safe standing terraces. At present, those that wish to safely stand together do not have that choice. It will also prevent situations whereby at present people who want to stand are annoying those that don't, whereas if this was introduced, if you want to stand, you can feel free to do so in a designated area. Everyone wins.
  11. I thought the one that's being sung recently has been 'how did we get here, it's not clear, follow the boys and Craig Shakespeare' By far the best and cleanest rhyme while keeping the sentiment! Also just amend the last 16 to the last 8, lose the syllable, most have this for cities with 2 syllables (i.e. England with Moscow).
  12. Keown chatting absolute bob on MOTD - seems to imply that Shakespeare was leading a mutiny under Ranieri and is insensitive in stepping into his grave!
  13. Have to revert to the original i don't know/I don't care version!
  14. Or for a point of difference could change to: Aint nobody, like N'didi, Wins the tackle, sends us on our way!
  15. Aint nobody, like N'didi, makes me happy, makes me feel this way! Stolen from Arsenal who first sang it down here for Koscielny.
  16. On a serious note, at some stage we'll be moving away from the Champions of England song (I still like the 5000-1 version), and it would be nice to immortalise Ranieri into a song to look back on. As others have alluded to, United have 20 times, Arsenal when they won at white had lane. To Iwan is a welshman: I'll always remember, When Leicester won the league. When Vardy broke the record, And Mahrez ruled supreme. They said we couldn't do it, Ranieri dared to dream, We're the famous Leicester City and we won the Premier League.
  17. In light of a quite wonderful goal from Gray, I suggest (to the Lord of the Dance - united used it for Park, Park, wherever you may be) Gray gray, wherever he may be He finds the net when we play Derby, He cuts inside, he goes past four, And then puts Tom Ince on the floor.
  18. It was being sung at Everton away!
  19. At Boro he's got this to the tune of September: Woah, Gaston Ramirez Woah, he dances round defenders Woah, he never gives the ball away We could always amend to: Woah, Gaston Ramirez Woah, he's chatting up your girlfriends Woah, he loves it when we play away.
  20. The one that's doing the rounds away is:
  21. I thought we had all agreed the best fit by far was Danny Drinkwater? I know he already had a song but Vards has two. I also quite liked it for 'Leicester's winning away' at the start (so we probably won't sing it again this season)
