  1. Could this redemption arc surpass even the Vestergaard one?
  2. Not sure you are buying into the spirit of this poll @bmt
  3. Unless anyone weirdly thinks the Ipswich red card was not justified, then hard to see how we did not deserve anything from that game. They royally messed up that game, but they did not concede an own goal. Ugly ass performance though.
  4. **** you Ipswich you dirty cheating twats
  5. Everton goal chalked off
  6. Get ready for 3 minute stoppage time
  7. I want more, I want them to be yellow's when it actually prevents our play from breaking!
  8. Why no yellows for Ipswich?
  9. Finally. Can we start playing now please?
  10. They are in the Premier League, not League One
  11. Someone said that was OUR good half, hope they are miles off!!! (edit)
  12. Man City and Liverpool losing - stops them getting too far ahead I guess
  13. Step it up a bit Stephy
  14. Nice bit of afters from VK there
  15. Some vision from Facundo
  16. Win. Get a proper DoF instead of a stable boy. Cooper can stay until his magic dust wears off. The order is critical.
  17. Love that film
  18. Do not dispute that, but we do not live in each others lives and individuals outgoings are neither known nor understood by observers. Look, I am sure @urban.spaceman meant nothing by it, but over 10 years ago it cost us over £1500 a month for childcare for single child in the only place we could find a space and we are not even in London, so such comments are uninformed I would argue. However, I am sure it was in jest, so I retract the snotty nature of the original comment. Sorry Urban.
  19. Do you think everyone who works in London is an aristocrat or something? Weird post.
  20. Guess it depends who would be selected next, but Dean Smith was uninspiring, and the very fact we had to employ Cooper was due to mismanagement, no? The fact Rodgers was here way beyond his sell by date, also speaks to mismanagement. I agree that Rodgers was initially good and Maresca was an excellent pick up, but why not continue with these type of choices? It feels very scattergun too me and as long as we fail to retain a consistent approach with managers, it will continue this way to be inconsistent appointments, but perhaps it is a necessary risk/reward for a club at this level.
  21. Bang on, but the replacement will not be a name many people will like, it will be another Dean Smith type. It will be another uninspiring choice. Cooper might be a problem in terms of his capabilities, but he is really the symptom and the problem is worse and at board level, but they continue to get a free ride in favour of an easier target.
  22. The more time goes on, the more discontent with Cooper (and let me be clear, he is tactically not good enough, and feels very much the polar opposite of Maresca’s regimented approach) the more the calls for his exit get louder, it just seem the true culprits of our demise are further distanced from their missteps. Cooper goes it will just be another Dean Smith type, and some may like that, but start a Smith Out thread a week later.
  23. (ignores seasons of good performances whilst at Lille ... ) However, yes a rare good performance for us, so there clearly is a player in th.....ah feck it, get rid..
