One of the issues we face now, along with poor decisions off the back of some success, is the forensic nature of it all. This level of inspection was not really possible previous to the mid 90s? The event of money have also driven a wedge between supporters and clubs. However, not all clubs fail at these challenges to the same degree we have of late, so are right to expect better.

Whatever way it has panned out, there is no denying the fact we missed out on golden opportunity to become an ever present.
