I can so relate to this. Grew up in Leicester but lived away since I was 18 (50 years ago), mainly in the North West as with you. Club was respected in the past then admired during the golden period but the pride has been sucked out of me. Embarrassing now - based on resources, facilities and fan base we must be the worse run club in the 4 leagues. And until KP leave, there’s no real hope.

Same for me - first game 1968. Last few years were horrendous - the Enzo season masked the decay (and we cheated by over spending that year and got caught).

Gone from being a well run club to total shambles. This is our future: Traveling from Leicester City to Stevenage FC (Lamex Stadium) takes approximately 1 hour 15 minutes by car via the M1 and A1(M) (approx. 70 miles).

Marti has to go but given what’s happened over the last 18 months I’ve no confidence that we can get any manager worth his salt who would be up for the challenge working with this set of players and board.

My anger is towards Top - financial mismanagement, dire appointments and not sure he’s that bothered anymore. The skill was all with his father.

60 years supporting the club and can’t recall a side so devoid of purpose, skill & well, everything really.

Been supporting the club since 1967. The issue is that we now know what is possible for a side outside the Big Six so the fall from dizzy heights makes the current predicament feel worse than it has ever been. The demise started when our great Chairman was killed. The recent interview with Top who could only offer one slogan that ‘we must communicate better’ was abject and depressing. Can’t see any improvement until we’ve new owners so we’ve not even reached the bottom. 😩

Supporter for 60 years. So many highs and lows but last 2 seasons have been the pits. Too’s interview said nothing of substance and this team is awful. Trouble is I can’t see a new manager getting a tune out of this lot.

Defence looks so more solid once Faes came in. Hope he stays. Ricardo makes a massive difference.

60 years a supporter. Worst defence and organisation I’ve seen by far. That ‘smaller’ clubs like Brentford and Bournemouth are so much ahead of us is down to the board. And it hurts.

Foxes fan living in Merseyside - my Everton mates all really rate Coady so hope we’ll see better from him.
