Why do people constantly compare it to other leagues?

Totally agree. Southampton's faux outrage at the punishment is beyond belief. They stood to gain £200M through cheating.
Crazy that they thought it was worth the risk.

We've been name checked.
“What we must establish is being able to repeat it over time,” Emery told AS in Spain. “Ten years ago, Leicester City won the league here, above all those other teams. This year, unfortunately, they've been relegated to League One.

There seems to be an abundance of great soul music at the moment.

This was their chance, the complete disaster from both clubs and for them to still shaft the title means it’s gonna be a while yet till we get another winner.
Possibly, but with bloom involved and possible CL football with all the extra income the SPL could become a 3 horse race.

Emery seems such a nice guy as well, I'm pleased for him to have success here. He was ridiculed at Arsenal. What he has achieved with Villa is amazing, especially when you consider they go far into Europe each season and still compete for top 4.
They were one point above relegation when he took over. Pretty amazing job.

appealing the punishment as its too harsh, they feel just a points deduction is fair
id agree if they had just spied once.....but they did it 3 times(could be more we dont know)
as the saying goes, dont do the crime if you aint willing to do the time
So would the appeal be immediate because the final is in a few days.

This conspiracy nonsense is laughable.

France end of season games often end like this. They have a real problem with violence. The footage i saw had fans applauding the ultras, you certainly wouldnt have that here..if we had any that is.

Leeds could finish above Chelsea.

Must get boring in scotland when the same two from the same city win it every single year. Sadly doubt we will see another club like hearts come close like this for a while.
Been like that for decades but you can see by the fans reactions they aint bored, the passion is too great. Unlike when we see man city win title after title, their fans genuinely seemed bored. Most of it is either fuelled by the hate between rangers and celtic or hatred of the OF by all the other clubs. It's been an amazing season.

That was the point. Statements no action.
Let's see if the club itself says anything or sweeps it under the carpet.
Police Scotland will have to act on the individuals attacking Shankland.
I can't but give credit for the passion both Glasgow club fans have for their football, but when it goes overboard like it does today it sickens the rest of us.
Like I said when you have the clubs with positions on the boards in scotland they'll never be any change. The police can target some fans but the vast majority won't see any punishment. The police often complain about the lack of co-operation when dealing with the old firm clubs because they have a self interest in not helping them.
Nothing will ever change until there's an independant body like we have in england, but no-one wants to anger the OF because they are the cash cows, so it will never happen.I guess the way things are going then something truly tragic could happen in scotland then maybe it could force a change...but even then I don't think it would.
We saw last season an aberdeen player almost blinded and he could've been killed when a seat smashed him in the face...what happened? Nothing. We've seen riots at Ibrox the likes we've not seen in 40 years...what happens? The UB not being able to get tickets...but they did anyway.
Similiar scenes like we saw at ibrox recently happened in the czech republic and they've had severe punishment, nothing happened when it happened at OF..and the reason for that lies in what I stated earlier.

News reports say some Hearts players were attacked during the pitch invasion...why is it always Celtic fans that do this type of behaviour and get away with it 🤔
Because like rangers they're on the boards so without any independant body dishing out punishment then they'll always get away with it. The clubs voted against strict liability. Gives the fans free reign thats why theres so much violence at the football in scotland.

Listening to Radio Scotland about what was going on in the touchline and the pitch during the 2nd and 3rd goals.
Celtic subs and staff going into the Hearts dugout goading the Hearts staff.
The SFA are going to have their statement dept busy.
And then do nothing

Well done to martin o'neill celtic would never be champions without him.

Come on, you cant have fans on the pitch giving it to the Hearts players in their face.
If the SFA had a backbone they'd call it out and do something.
Celtic are on the board, nothing will happen.
