Seen comments saying SPL is equivalent to League 1, so should be close.
Yeah usually by people who never watch an SPL game.

I was told by someone at the club there has been a large amount of relocations to SK1 and G1 this week.
Lets hope they're not more phone zombies.

Just vote for the most unlikely players on the list for each category. That used to happen when i was a kid, everyone voting for someone they thought had no chance to give themselves more of a chance lol...made for some interesting player of the season winners.

They already own about half of the top 50 clubs in the UK, plus lots of other clubs around Europe. They'll have the power and money to force through any votes on the game they want until they end up with a football version of the NFL.
Yep its no coincidence, there's a definitive plan for the next decade or so.

Association football is the most popular sport for about 6% of the population, the MLS is never going to be massive - especially whilst they insist with franchises w/o promotion and relegation. I say this as somebody fairly MLS curious too.
Assoc. football would become the most popular sport in the US within 25 years if they actually had a proper pyramid, a huge part of the US interest in Wrexham is because it's their first taste of climbing up the divisions. There's millions and millions of people in the US without access to a local professional sorts team (hence the popularity of college football), if they could then follow Austin or Arizona up the ranks they'd become big clubs overnight.
There are talks of a pyramid starting in the states. The MLS has shown how huge it could be if it played the european giants..massive interest. There's absolutely no question that those in charge in the states want what I stated, its just a matter of time.

I fear for wu's safety play.

Predicting the future of football: 'Premflix' and fans paying more - BBC Sport
I can tell you mine which I have been saying for years. America want to rule the football world. They want to take over as many clubs as possible and push the Club World Cup as the ultimate and most prestigious competition. This will open the floodgates for MLS clubs to become amongst the biggest wealthiest clubs in the world.

Gonna sound like a grumpy sod but why do the crowd laugh out loud during play when the commentators make some lame 'joke'...would they laugh out loud watching on tv?

Just back at hotel after post match pint. Malmo 2- mjallby 3. Sat next to away fans (mjallby) who were incredible and did not stop all game! Ud love to have been in there The home end was full length of pitch away and were bouncing but drowned out by mjallby from where i was sitting.
Great game which malmo were always chasing after going 2 down. Ref let lots of niggly fouls and contact go. Also very evident was the lack of play acting and time wasting. It made for a better watch than the prem or championship. It would be rare to see here but at the final whistle mjallby players and manager were talking to the mjallby fans and leading the post match celebrations on a megaphone that one of the mjallby ultras threw down to them!
Great experience. Ill be back to a Swedish game again for sure. Pics dont do it justice and vids wont upload so youll have to trust me on this one 😂
As an aside, if you are interested in architecture like i am, malmo is well worth seeing. The centre is being almost completely regenerated and the buildings are very modern. The city is very safe and relaxed. Walked round at 11pm last night with my daughter and not slightly concerned.
were their any fans in silly fancy dress doing the conga...thats real support.

It’s not that so much as his Christian values and was doing horrific things behind his wife’s back, is common knowledge he cheated and has been a a total bell to his family/kids, less well known and not proven or anything but lots of whispers of him having done much, much worse.
Oh i know, so many reasons to dislike him....he'll win it won't he?

Not sure how far they can go, they barley get 1000 per game. Much prefer carlisle to come back up...oh well.

I think it’s his holier than thou attitude when actually he’s a bit of a prune, preaches but doesn’t practice and has a demeanour that’s just annoying
Even things like yesterday when i saw a video where players were asked about what they are knowledgeable about away from snooker, murphy said superman and marvel (nerd alert) he went on to say 'and its christopher reeve not reeves'.....thanks dad.
