I think its going to be much more of a necessity now. We are going to be losing a serious amount of cash, especially after next year when still in League 1. I cant honestly think what the head of fan engagement is doing to engage the fans either? Surely if the team is less full of big ego, pathetic mentality, losers the fans will be more engaged!

Needs a complete reset and restructure and clear out of the whole club. Its not going to happen, Rudkin will still be in position. We need to start from the basics and get the financials on a level footing and build from there. I think it may need a drop to League 2 and a struggle there for a few years like Bradford.

Id say the club will definitely look to have more lightshows and flame throwers, after all who needs a striker? I’d imagine it’s going to be brutal. I’ve seen corporate restructuring and you probably need to cut that staff at the club by 2/3rds, there are some departments that do great work in the community but the sad reality is a League 1 revenue can not support to critical roles.

Meanwhile a load of big clubs plot a new league and test every ffp rule to their limits. EPL - it wouldn’t be in the interests of the game to punish these clubs!

The problem is the club keeps bringing in totally awful managers to work with players that have the backbone and moral integrity of a turd.

Fitness I’d say falls on the manager who was manager for 2/3rds of the season and whose style was relaxed to say the least. Marti Cifuentes his wholly responsible for the fitness of the squad or lack or it, also most the other culture failures are set by the manager of the club.
