It can work, but you need to start with the basics, a goalkeeper that can catch a ball, defenders that can defend. There is absolutely zero benefit to some twat standing still with the ball for 5 minutes, it will not draw the opponent out they will just sit and laugh at you. There is also zero benefit in passing it sideways in a high risk situation say our own box, where you needlessly put yourselves under pressure and cause mistakes leading to goals. Then going forward, passing needs to be quick, players need to break the lines, and they need to run at people, finally we need to shoot at the goal. This essentially means we should never see Thomas, Okoli or Reid play again but we know whichever twat Rudkin brings in next will ‘have a new start’.

This guy doesn’t have the skill or competence to ‘resolve’ the situation. He is like an alcoholic who won’t admit he has a problem, in denial. The huge problem with sacking the **** is the absolute **** stains selecting to new manager and on the recent record of Rudkin and co they will get someone even worse in. Until Rudkin goes, nothing changes, this is his style, his man, his players.

No Cifuentes is one of the shitest managers in the world, he was taking us down without a shadow of a doubt, all the stats showed that, every win we had under him bar maybe 3 was pure luck or brilliance from individuals. Watching the games last year there was not more than 3 games we actually deserved to win and had any kind of plan or identity. For me CIfuentes is comfortably the shitest manager we have ever had by far, and largely responsible for the team setup that got relegated. Is this not what Martin is trying to do now, I am not a fan of his but that being said what he is trying to do is what is needed, I wish he had a bit more pragmatism in his style but he is trying to refresh the dressing room.

If we have no case, then Leeds United should be told to shut the **** up immediately. Its arguable that if they went up in 2024 they would have been relegated from a much stronger Premier League than the one last year.

Exactly, this is why its pointless looking for a new manager, they are out of ideas. The only real hope is that maybe Top finally realises Rudkin is shit after he got his man and we were still rubbish. Martin going will solve nothing, they will bring in someone equally shit, its a pointless exercise. I think probably given their previous track record they bring in someone even worse, they aren't going to suddenly choose a good manager, an even worse decision at this point probably fires us to league 2.

Its a bigger issue than the players/manager, nothing changes until they do. The manager and players (culture) are the sympton.

This is it, they aren't suddenly going to employ a good manager now. There is literally no point wasting energy on it, they will find a way to employ someone more shit even after Martin. They wont just wake up one day and go 'you know what we chose the wrong manager', KP and Jon Rudkin genuinely believe this is the best guy for the job. We probably need to reach wherever we are going with them at the helm, hopefully we get a new owner with a brain.

He probably told Martin his football is shit, which is fair. The Problem as always is Jon Rudkin, I am much of the opinion we need to fall as far as he is going to take us until we somehow get rid of him, anything else wont fix the fundamnetal issue which is him, new managers will get the same results with the same tools.
