We all know it’s going to be Martin. Nothing we can really do to change it. We know the club doesn’t listen, so best to just get behind him at this point. If he plays youth, I’m happy. For me, I want a team of younger energetic players that actually want to be here. Monga, Evans, Nelson, Aluko, and Alves are such a bright group of players and a great core to start from.

Whatever you think about Russell Martin. It will be farrrr better than that crap.

I actually think he could do well. He’s got a group of players used to this way of playing now instead of picking it up from scratch and hopefully he’s learnt from his mistakes on his break. But it could very easily go the other way and turn sour very quickly.

Sounds to me that we’re probs waiting to see what his exit deal is before deciding if we can afford to pay for Rohl or go for the free option in Russell.

Wouldn’t be surprised if Rudkin had leaked this so we’re all relieved when we announce we’re sticking with Ruud.

Quick twitter search and Sunderland fans absolutely love him. Many label him the best CB in the league. Nelson & Mepham could potentially be quite something.

I know someone who knows him and he has to have 2 security with him at all times.

Here’s a rumour for the summer to keep you boys entertained.

Seeing Wolves who are in the same position as us sign 2 very solid players in Munetsi and Djiga (who we were not long linked with), is so so frustrating and really makes me despise the people running this club more and more. No ambition, no pre planning. Just crap all round.

We cry about PSR and turn down £15m worth for our 2 homegrown players which would’ve been straight profit for us. Rudkin has to go now man.

I mean tbf he was better under Cooper but he’s still one of our best players.
