As others have mentioned it makes absolutely no sense to get rid of Marti without having someone lined up. He might as well have been used as a dead man walking rather than binned with a very inexperienced Andy King taking over. 

It actually feels now like we're fundamentally missing bodies.

Reminds me of the Champ Man days where you'd forget to renew staff contracts after going on holiday and get back and suddenly you've got the youth coach reporting to you. You'd then be frantically on the staff finder trying to get any tom dick or harry in to fill the positions... 

It's just every area of the club that's falling apart now. It's literally being destroyed Infront of our eyes.

One thing that surprised me with Dean Smith was the attacking setup he employed.

Always had him has being quite cautious but some of those games he managed we were bordering on gung-ho.

Vaping in peoples faces is the only thing I can think of that might warrant a stern word. 

Apart from the same ridiculous setup as previous managers, he doesn't come across managerial at all and sounds deflated and like he's got imposter syndrome. I wouldn't be bouyed playing for him from what I've heard. 

You've got to have someone who wants the role for a start and come out fighting at least.
