Not sure I agree, feel like he got a lot of stick here. Most were of the impression we were going to walk the league and he made it harder than it needed to be.

I’m not really sure you can say that he had an automatic promotion squad considering they were the worst team in the premier league the prior season, therefore there is 2 relegated teams with better records from the prior season. He may have come behind Leeds in the league but he still beat them in the playoffs and got promoted.

Not to say that he will go on to be a great manger because he had a good first stint though. I’d rather we bring someone with more experience who has proven record of getting teams out of the championship.
