Why have we had successive managers leave when they have kept the women's side in top division, but choosing to keep this manager after a season just as horrific as the mens. I know 2 of the last 4 or 5 managers have had controversies, but why was the french lady (can remember name) sacked? She was building.

Big fan of this shirt. Would rather white shorts but overall i think nice kit. Will defo get this shirt because how often do we have a kit that actually pays homeage to the history of its city. This shirt will be remembered as a classic imo in a decades time because of the design. Very nice touch with the coat of arms. Our city is a sh1thole, but I would feel abit more pride wearing this shirt. Price is always extortionate for shirts in todays game, just wait until sale innit.

Definitely not the same mould, rodgers football was some of the best I have ever seen a leicester side play. Maresca's city spells like it, a couple of Ricardo's goals spring to mind, but not nearly as often as rodgers football at its best

Not a russel martin fan, and would rather someone else be in charge but it is what it is. I do like his first interview notes however. Whether its something he has been filled in on by those above or something he has noted himself by watching us he's stated the last couple of seasons is done and gone. And we need a fresh energy, and the very first thing he will be asking for, is total commitment from the players and for them to work harder than anyone else in the league. Of course easier said than done, and I dont match russell teams with energy, but this is something we have been yearning for for the last 2 years right? A team that will show up and fight in every game. See what happens innit.

Khun Top was spotted for the first time since City's relegation was confirmed last month, with the City owner and family attending yesterday's charity game. He ensured to take pictures with some supporters that asked, one in particular thanking him for everything after getting their snap. After the contest, Top engaged with more supporters inside the club shop. Many got a few seconds to speak to the chairman before getting a picture. He was then escorted out of the shop and into his car after receiving one more, "thank you".

I agree with you. For me world class is the very pinnacle of your position. Just because I dont think vardy and mahrez reached world class doesnt mean I dont value them as amazing footballers or the outstanding achievements in there career. Players can also produce world class moments in a game, but needs to be sustainable to be said as a world class player for me

Not really big club syndrome. I wouldn't say Mahrez was world class at Man City.

i think vardy, mahrez and ricardo were very elite, definately, but not world class. World class gotta be where you are the best in the world in your position. Possibly among another 3-4 Names. Obviously differs from era to era. Vardy - Better than Kane, lewandowski, ronaldo, benzema, luis suarez? Mahrez - Better than Messi, robben, neymar, hazard, salah? Ricardo - Better than carvajal, dani alves, lahm, kimmich? Don;t get me wrong, not every player listed above could arguably be named world class but that is my point.

Having a chat at work about current world class players in premeir league and we could only think of 4, 2 of which are debatable. fernandes, haaland, rice and donnarumma. I got asked if have Leicester ever had players at the club in which they were world class? Had a think and I could only name ngolo kante, who i think was world class level in his only season for us. Vardy - whilst we love him, truthfully i dont think we was ever world class. Mahrez - same again. Cambiasso - past prime Lineker- way too early for me but would get was possibly world class after leicester? Banks - again way to early for me but seeing as no.1 keeper in world at some stage would guess world class? Shilton - same as banks. Kane - way too early in his career Can anyone think of any else or maybe names worth a debate? Have to been playing at leicester at the time.
