100% agree with this point, although I imagine the sponsor would hate us actively advertising to remove their name after they have just paid us! Not saying it’s right, just from a business perspective 😅

The kids kits come without the sponsor as standard I think.

Are you on Direct Debit? If so, it’s already happened and you don’t need to do anything (check your away points). If you aren’t, a call to the ticket office for you!

I guess it depends who you get then, I had a similar situation but was told I needed to email it and then it would go to a supervisor and it would be at their discretion. Decided against the faff and just took the £24 on the chin. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Arguably would make it worse imo. There are far too many who just buy a ticket to get the point and then sell the ticket either on here or by other means. I think it needs to go on home attendance (ticket(s) scanned in at the turnstile) and on a rolling period personally. I don’t see any other fairer way… 🤷🏻‍♂️ Open to any other ideas though…
