  1. Fatawu free at the back post but of course Ayew can't play that ball, twat
  2. Okoli making zero effort to challenge in the build up as well
  3. That is so ****ing bad by Stolarczyk
  4. Some real thick tackles being put in
  5. Stupid tackle by Soumare
  6. The cup game was on + and it seemed like better coverage then when we were last down here, so hopefully it's just without the studio discussion.
  7. It's on +, so it'll just be coverage of the game
  8. Oxford fans genuinely think they'd have a chance of signing Nelson
  9. I for one am very excited to see Ayew draw his centre back all the way in to our half to win a foul
  10. Disappointed there's no Nelson or Page on the bench, then to really rub it in, Bobby Reid is on it
  11. Yeah he's using the national league as the example, he does say it's different as only one automatic in those leagues
  12. I think he's worded it a bit strangely, they aren't going to reward the two better performing clubs with missing the eliminators for at least one to lose in the semi. "In the EFL's proposal, the team that finishes fifth in the Championship table would play the eighth-placed team and sixth would meet seventh in one-off ties at the higher-ranked team’s home ground. But unlike the National League playoffs – which are all one-off games – the winners of the eliminators would proceed to two-legged ties against the teams that finished third and fourth."
  13. It won't be 3rd vs 4th will it, it'll be the two winners of the eliminator games play 3rd and 4th. It's basically what the national league playoffs are.
  14. I imagine it's because by downloading an image you're creating another copy of it, so you are in theory 'making' the file/image you possess on whatever device.
  15. What's funny is I could imagine South Africa making a good effort of chasing this
  16. Thanks brother, we're obviously very grateful to get to this point after he was initially diagnosed, unfortunately though we met a lot of families who weren't as fortunate.
  17. Also to add a couple of very good charities: Young Lives vs Cancer https://www.younglivesvscancer.org.uk/ Pasic https://www.pasic.org.uk/
  18. Personally don't think we would have, you can cite good players joining but don't forget some of the dross also accumulated under him, also wasn't Hull recommended to us. Thomas also seems to still have good links with Somerset that have benefited us.
  19. Didn't realise Moore had left these
  20. Shame Handscomb has gone back and missed it
  21. The transformation in red ball cricket is absolutely mental really, fair play to all involved
  22. I don't feel this gets enough attention, but every September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, which aims to raise awareness of childhood cancer in general, but also support for children and families who are suffering or have suffered from a child with cancer. As a few on here may remember, my 2 year old son was diagnosed with stage 4 high risk Neuroblastoma back in June 2022, he finished treatment in January 2024 and has thankfully remained disease free since When he was first diagnosed we were fobbed off numerous times by GPs, A & E etc, and one thing our oncology consultant said to us was most GPs won't ever come across childhood cancer in their entire careers, it's obviously a horrible thought but if you feel something is off with your child it's definitely worth pushing, if we hadn't the outcome would have likely been very different. Research in to childhood cancer is also massively underfunded, and the list of potential lifelong side effects from the treatment is ridiculous, from potentially causing secondary cancers, heart conditions to growth issues and infertility. In our sons case in particular, a number of the drugs used were introduced decades ago, which if the survival rate was ridiculously high you could understand, but at diagnosis we were told the 5 year survival rate was around 40-50%. Also want to give a big shout out to all the paediatric oncology staff at LRI who were and still are absolutely superb, all the consultants, nurses and health care staff were unbelievably amazing especially with our son, as were all those involved at QMC and Sheffield Children's Hospital.
  23. Didn't say it wasn't important did I? So thanks for the assumption and the slightly patronising response. Just that every PMQs regardless of Starmer, Sunak, Johnson rarely directly answer a question, so it always looks like they are getting a battering when in reality its just bluster avoiding answering anything that'll come back to bite them.
