I think that's a given that we need to go back to the previous strategy of buying young players possibly with something already to prove i.e Youri, Madds etc Sign no players over 30 years of age would be a rough rule of thumb too

My worry is that he has such a set style of play but we just don’t have the players. A good manager would start with the play to our strengths and look to plug the weaknesses either through new personnel or tactics.
