Mbeumo and Wissa will crucify us. Simples
-
Very frustrating knowing that if we hadn't wasted money on Reid, Skipp and Ayew and bought 3 decent players we may have had a chance of staying up.
-
Ndidi brings so much physicality back into the side. Winks, Skipp, Reid too lightweight in midfield. We desperately need pace on the wings. If we had that last night we would have won. Ayew is a donkey. Look what Garnacho did for them in the second half. We lack pace all over the pitch. In today's game pace is key especially when teams break quickly which is so much part of the game now. We don't have enough to stay in the Prem. After the next 4/5 games we'll be cut adrift with Ipswich and Southampton. Wolves will pick up points and it will be game over by March.

If only we had decent pacy wingers

Dreadful. Just give it to him and everything slows down
-
Same old, same old. Just don't have the players to change anything. Another woeful display guaranteed.

I know it's pretty obvious but last season was so much more enjoyable. The Premier league is just full of foreign overpaid players who don't give a toss about the clubs they play for. To try and bridge the gap in quality between Prem and Championship is really hard to do. It's been a really tough season and no doubt we'll be relegated. Just don't forget those fantastic last 10 years that no one can take away from us. I'm sure Top knows he has made errors but we'll come again next season.

Do they have a plan we don’t know about?
StevieH replied to WarehamFox's topic in Leicester City Forum
That's basically what this comes down to. Duff buys in the summer have screwed us. Have no leeway to do anything now. This all started with Maresca leaving unexpectedly. Club didn't know what to do and panicked on new manager and players. Unlike teams like Brighton who always have a plan no matter what circumstances, we had nothing. -
He will be used in the Championship next season. Low wages. All these deals are looking towards next season. Shame Coady hasn't gone as his wages are ridiculous.
-
Drurys commentary is truly awful. A bloody idiot. So much drivel. Makes me puke.

The 3 teams that came up last season will get relegated. The gap between Premier and Championship is massive. If you don't get your recruitment right you are in big trouble. Bought a load of duff players who are just not upto it - Skipp, Reid, Okoli, Ayew, Eduoard. These are all Premier league rejects from other teams. Why waste more money on late panick buys. It's not going to happen. Re group in the Championship and get rid of the likes of Faes who doesn't give a toss and go again in the Championship next season.

They are crap too and will go down with us.

......because we are basically crap

Everton 4-0 LCFC, post match thread
StevieH replied to Phil Mitchell's topic in Leicester City Forum
I honestly think we shouldn't buy anyone else this window. We are down. Re group and build for the Championship. No point wasting money on last minute deals that are normally flops. Total clear out in the summer required. -

I wouldn't waste any more of your money. -

Just seen the goals. This is a new low. Utterly pathetic -
No other managers would take the job. Shopping in the bargain basement

We have been so far off it all season. Injuries to crucial players hasn't helped. Terrible signings and manager turmoil just ends in one thing - relegation
-
I think it was. Spurs cripples with injuries and also played away in Europa the previous Thursday. Back to normality today with a 2 - 0 loss.
-
Fair play to all these fans travelling a long way. Just wish the team would read this thread and realise the commitment of the fans. Not really sure they give a toss.
-
Would you write of £140m of debt? We are Leicester City not Man City. People make mistakes. I'm sure you have.
-
So called supporters who have told Top to sell up and given him grief should be ashamed of themselves. What the family has done for LCFC and the city as a whole has been nothing short of brilliant. He deserves better. Clubs like Leicester have their ups and downs that's the nature of football. I have lost both my parents and no one knows how it feels to lose a parent until it happens to you, let alone in those awful circumstances.

The usual situation of not taking opportunities and we'll concede a soft goal
