It does matter. I don't claim to have the answer but if we do change now it is absolutely crucial we bring the right person in. I've seen some wibble on here and tb about bringing in Pearson, Walsh and Shakespeare or even giving the job to Vardy. I dont know much but that ain't the solution!

Difficult one for Carruthers. She's there to do interviews and can't be too critical in her opinions.

As I said, it's both. He's a professional footballer. He should be able to do basic things and if not then he needs to sort himself out or be replaced. If only there was another fit and available international player we could play.
