People will laugh at this but I agree with you! If it is RM that’s appointed he’s absolutely got to have his own players with the system he deploys. If he gets his own players in then I think he will succeed in league 1.

There are no players that can play a Martin system.

Nice to see Albrighton and Fuchs score the pens. I know it's not cool to say but I enjoyed it.

Vardy there but not bothered to be on the pitch at the end?

Give it Fuchs and Kasper

    Vardy did come round

Glover is a clown as much as Rudkin and Aiya****. The man has signed one and half players of ok quality in his time here. He as head of recruitment has filled the squad with over paid weak cowards. It’s why the new DOF is just an additional problem not a solution.

    They’re all crooks

Everyone uses agents who are their mates, and they all get commission on these massive deals no matter what happens. Its when you find out players like Ayew get appearance bonus and all those involved in the deal benefit from that you realise its all corrupt.

If Top had any sense, he would immediately push back on any internal or agent recommendations.

But we have a board room that are impressed by Powerpoint, not actual data.

Martyn Glover worked with Martin at Southampton and is a massive fan of his. He was apparently advocating very strongly for Martin before we appointed Cifuentes, and probably has been doing so again. He’ll be behind this if it’s true.

    I said football fan.

Everyone working at any senior level at any club is on the make in some capacity.

I think his issues are concentration and application for 90 mins. Tbf it's hard to keep motivated when the rest of the squad have been dogshite all season.

Under the right coaching setup I think he'll shine, can see do well under Moyes type manager.

This is just an excuse. Final 3rd of the season he was giving the ball away and snatching at shots from anywhere. He was as un disciplined as anyone and cost as points.  A 'better' playing doesnt do this.

Now - i will say he was a million miles away from bring the biggest problem. But we were let down by his poor attitude.

He's not an average winger at all.

He's got pace, strength and ability and his finishes show he class about him.

He needs a decent to rein his ago in and work on his decision making and off ball play.

Once He's fixed though issues He's a top 10 prem player for me.

You cant create him a football brain. He is lacking so many mental attributes that would help him get to the top. I do agree though that he will be in the PL at some level, but the flaws in his game aren't necessarily fixable.

  7. We also have a fan base that will regularly fill out the KP if performances on the pitch were sorted.

We have some academy prospects, who if can fulfil their potential, the fans could really buy into.

Sorting out the boardroom is a must. Still unclear if the new tech director will allow this, but if we can move to a better data driven model a still believe that we have the right foundations for someone who wants to invest. We are known all around the world (everywhere i travel they love our story). With the right people behind us we are a very marketable club.

West ham deserve to get relegated, they've been shit the whole season. While Spurs have had slot of injuries that have keep key players out

Both have been turd.  I did think West Ham had turned a corner a while back, but their last few games have been woeful.
